100 visits every day, lots of "add to cart", no sales

Hello! I'm running my new store since few months and I have a quite popular problem.

I am getting a lot of traffic on my site (150+ views everyday from fb ads), some people add products to cart (around 2-5 per day per advertised products), but still I only get 1-2 sells per week. Can you please give me some feedback on the landing page of my product? I can see most of my clients are viewing on mobile, so checking that would be even more helpful.

The landing page:

Thank you very much for any feedback and help!

Hi Jakub. I like your store. I am new so not an expert. The only thing I will suggest is that when I was in your store there was too much going on. Pop ups, countdown timer, etc. That is just my opinion as I looked at your store from a customers perspective. As a customer, I want to focus on the products and I found there was too much going on, on the page. I wish you the best of luck! Sheila -Northern Isle

Hi Jakub,

I have to agree with Northern Isle - the busyness of your page is not ideal for your target audience. Work on your branding - young parents are rarely attracted to "deal of a lifetime" or racing to get the best price. See how other retailers in your niche design their pages: Mother Care etc. The branding is often whimsical, calming, peaceful. This kind of approach can help you connect with your target customers better and improve your conversion rate.

Thank you very much for your analysis. I think you are right - even though these elements normally increase conversions, it might be not the best solution for my niche. I will remove the countdown timer, but I will keep the popups - maybe with a lower frequency. I hope sales will appear now :)

Have a nice day!

Hi there Jakub,

Nice work there - your store seems amazing! First of all the MailChimp pop up, you are using doesn't seem pretty at all - I would use another app for that.

Since you are giving discounts to some products, you could use a countdown app, in order to push visitors to buy faster.

For the abandoned carts check out Flashchat app.

Good luck!

Hi Jakub,

Little Giggle looks very well designed and customer oriented. It might be that the issue is in your advertising rather than your actual website.

You might want to try AdScale to help you with your advertising campaigns. It's a Shopify app that automatically creates and manage advertising campaigns for your store, using advanced AI technology.

What's unique about this app is that it use insights from milions of active campaigns in order to create a very accurate audience targeting that is tailored to your store and products.

Hello Jakub,

I really like your store. You have nice graphics and a nice brand. I was on your page for just a minute or so and noticed the recently purchase pop up that mentioned a lot of recent sales, so hopefully, you've gained some traction. Also, some of the wording on your products could be a little better, I imagine English isn't your first language so I would recommend using an editing tool such as Grammarly would help solve some of those problems and give potential customers a better sense of security and ease any fears that this is a safe site. Overall good job, you're really close.
