we’re a new small family owned business emerging into the e-commerce space. Our store https://www.babablacktea.com has been engineered with every tactic to have lighting fast speed and deliver a great experience to our customers. We have gotten it so fast that we earned a 100 on page insights and even have a google lightning bolt in search for our page. We use google and Facebook ads and are getting between 150-200 users a day (we think some are bots due to a zero second session and 100 percent bounce rate) but still 150 sessions a day and zero sales, we are doing something wrong.
I hope this post meets community guidelines. Any feedback you can provide would be extremely helpful. We have optimized seo, have a very low CPC from Facebook (.08 cents per click) and we’re still not selling.

You do not mention where your visitors are coming from - you should have insight into this from your Google Analytics. Often, with high traffic and no sales, it's not even due to the website itself, but to how relevant the traffic is. If the visitors to your website are not actively searching to buy tea products, they won't convert at the first visit. Remember, in the current market, people need to see your brand 16 times on average before they convert. That's why staying in touch via newsletter marketing, social media etc. can help you convert more traffic into sales. You can do it by prompting people to sign up to your newsletter and follow you on social media.
When it comes to SEO, you miss the vital H1 tag, so make sure to define it for each page. Also, your content isn't focused on any particular keywords, so remember to optimize any written content with your target keywords to help you get more relevant traffic.

This is probably the biggest reason why you don't make any sales. 25USD to ship a bag of tea?
And also, why is a phone number at the checkout required?
Have seen your store and have some suggestions for you:
- Too little product photos, especially real-life images. Add more on your product pages, and create a gallery if you can.
- I see your unique selling point is that customers don't need hot water to make tea, so you need to highlight this point in many ways. Videos, photos, words.
To be honest, I cannot see this point until I see the video.
- Does anyone buy your products before? I see tutorials. You can try to ask them for product photos.
In the end, I see the big problem here is about branding, you have to make your store look unique.
