Hey guys! Could you take a quick look at my store and give a feedback?
I launched it only a week ago, got lots of sales on the first day and I knew sales would decrease a bit, but I still get a lot of visits. I just want to understand why so many visits but no sales. Thank you so much.
This is PageFly - a Free Shopify Landing Page Builder. I would love to provide my recommendation for your store based on 5 years of providing solutions for over 80.000 active Shopify merchants.
I have some recommendations below:
1. Home page
1.1 Make the menu sticky
A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. Especially, the menu has a search bar, and making a search bar prominent is very important. This helps customers feel rest assured and they can search anytime when they scroll up or down on the home page.
1.2 Show featured collections
I notice that your store provides different collections but on the home page - where customers initially can visit, there's no collection to be displayed.

1.3 Display social media
As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. By displaying social media such as Instagram (or Facebook, Twitter) and constantly updating the feed.
1.4 Add a benefit bar

2. Collection page

2.1 Add a secondary hover image on each product image
I recommend you should add a secondary hover image. By adding secondary hover images on each product image, customers can see a different image of each product and this provides more information as a visual aspect for customers and this also helps them to compare different products in a collection.
2.2 Use the Load more button instead of Pagination
Instead of switching to many pages, go and back, you can replace the pagination with a Load more button. Therefore, customers do not have to change too many pages to see all products, they can press the Load more button to see all products on 1 page. This helps customers easily compare many products and see the wide range of your collection.
3. Product page
3.1 Add a quantity option
By adding a quantity option, customers can add more products to their cart without spending more time to add and then back and add again if they want to buy more.
3.2 Add a review gallery section
A review widget is highly recommended on a product page so other customers can see others' feedback. With a review widget, there is a button to encourage customers to leave reviews. As I mentioned above, Loox and Yotpo are good.

Hello @vicguimaraes, I hope you are doing well! Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase:
- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed.
- There is a blank space in the header on the homepage. It should not be there.
- Create a drop-down menu in the 'Shop' option. It will make your store easy to navigate.
Here are some addons that you need to do in your store:
- Add a loyalty rewards program. Start using a loyalty program to entice your customers. It will help you build a loyal customer base. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, allowing for web push notifications, making a purchase, visiting a store, and many more.
This will help in doubling the sales as when you give loyalty points to your customers they will come again to your store to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. You can give rewards to your customers to redeem those points.
- Retarget customers with a help of web push notifications. Send push notifications to your customers even when they are not in your store. This helps to bring back customers to your store and helps in reducing the bounce rate.
- Add reviews on the product page. 90% of people read reviews before making a purchase.
- Add a newsletter sign-up popup with a discount code to entice people to sign up which will help you to retarget them later and will help in conversions. Make sure to reach email marketing automation to reach your customers.

There is no facebook pixel installed on your store. How are you driving traffic?
Is it through seo or social media post. I would recommend you to start creating some prospecting campaigns to get some initial traffic to your store. Or if there is some good traffic say 10k/month then start re-targeting your audiences.
Retargeting would surely help you, as you say people are do visiting your store but isn't completing the purchase.

I don't know or understand your market but I think not having enough products could be a reason you're not seeing much sales.
Also, I noticed you don't have your collections on the landing page.
I thought that was it but on clicking, I found they are products. Maybe you should show your collections on the landing pages like that.
Why are they labeled 'NEW IN'? that can be confusing.

I would suggest you to start using fb campaigns to get some traffic to your stores. There are 1000's of e-commerce stores online. If your are competing with this already established shop only on the basis of seo or social media posts maybe you are not going to get some real results.
You will need to put your products in front of users, and paid fb campaigns are the quick way to achieve that.
Try targeting lookalike of your past purchasers, this way you optimize campaign to find people with closest resemblance to people most likely to convert on your store. If you have significant abandoned cart, try retargeting campaigns. Most of sales for our clients comes in with this campaign. Try running prospecting campaigns for initial 30-45 days and once you have enough conversion start retargeting
