A lot of add to carts, but no sale with high bounce rate, please help me!!!

Hello there. A few weeks ago I created this streetwear website. I get a lot of add to carts and sometimes checkouts as well. but extremely few to no sales and an average bounce rate of %80 in the past 7 days. Can anyone check it out and give me some feedback, please? Thank you!

Hello @Brinko, here are some quick tips to get conversions & reduce the bounce rate:

The home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. 

Slideshow Image- Collection List- New arrivals, Bestsellers- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed

- Add web push notifications which will help you to bring back visitors who bounced from your site and convert them into paying customers. Even more astounding, this can increase customer retention by 7x times. This will clearly impact your retention.

Start using a loyalty program to entice your customers. It will help you build a loyal customer base. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, allowing for web push notifications, make a purchase, visiting a store and many more. This will help in doubling the sales as when you give loyalty points to your customers they will come again to your store to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. You can give rewards to your customers to redeem those points.

- Setup Newsletter Subscription with automatic emails with thankyou and discount coupon.

- Showcase reviews on the home page or create an exclusive page that will build more trust in visitors.

- Make sure to enable automatic workflow emails/push for abandoned cart, win back old customers, welcome email, purchase follow-up, or browse abandoned customers.

These strategies will help you to convert your traffic into paying customers and will reduce the bounce rate.

For conversion, you need to engage your visitors coming on your site. Make your website interactive and increase engagement on your website. This will help you in customer retention. If your store is engaging then it will help you to reduce Customer Churn Rate i.e percentage of customers who stop purchasing from your brand. It will reduce the bounce rate and will boost your sales.
