Add a quantity with (-) (+) and "add to cart button" below the product price.

Hi, can somebody help me with these stuff? I am not a coder and I'm trying to build a grocery store in shopify. The things I want to achieve are:

• Quantity button with (-)(+)
• add to cart button
• if you click "add to cart button" then it will change to "added" and will stay on the same page

I'm currently searching for a solution, this is my first time building a shopify store. Thanks
