Hi all. I am after some feedback about my website. I have had it for a year.  Sales have been solid for the last 6 months but I am always looking to improve the website and customer experience. Please peruse and let me know what's good and what needs improving. Thanks!

Solid looking store so far.  Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.

 

Homepage Feedback

    1. Make sure the main product images for each product has the same theme / style as some have white vs non-white background right now. This is going to help tie your site together when people are looking at your collection pages

    2. Consider adding a Featured Product section on the homepage (i.e. XY Of The Month). Pick one products and tell people why you picked it and what makes it great


Product Page  Feedback

    1. Make sure each product has 3 - 5 images as that will help someone decide if they want to purchase. A lot of products I saw only had 1 or 2 images

    2. ASOS and other leading brands are doing little fashion videos for their product pages. Something you could film on an iPhone or latest Android and add to your site for the groomsmen packages

Congratulation for your store it's great.

 

I have reviewed your website briefly and here are some of my feedbacks that you can implement on the site easily.

 

  1. Make sure your social media pages opened at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  2. Add phone number next to the email id in the top header.
  3. You can add contact form in your contact us page.
  4. Add a sale page, I can see you have products on discounted price.
  5. Hide sold out products.
  6. I can see that you are using default search for Shopify which is pretty basic considering that it shows empty result page even for simple search queries, for eg.https://tymbergear.com/search?type=product&q=bagpacks. Improving your search experience has shown to improve conversion rates and reduce the bounce rate for your visitors. Try using different search solution such as Sparq which allows advanced filters, spelling correction and other such feature. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.
