I would love to provide some feedback on your store. At first glance, I can tell that you put a lot of work into it! Looks great - and that pug could not be any cuter! Here are a few recommendations I have for you:
Increase Logo Size
Since your slideshow banner has a lot of empty space above the cute pug, I would suggest making your logo larger so that it catches the eye. I really like aesthetics of the image and how it is presented but increasing the logo size will really fill in the space nicely.
Add "About Us" on Your Homepage
I would recommend filling up this space on your homepage with a little blurb about your business and love of pets. This will personalize your homepage and fill up a bit of negative space:
On that note, I would also suggest adding a page to your main menu to provide more insight on your business. An "About Us" page is proven to increase SEO ranking and trust with your customers. We have a great blog post on how to write a persuasive about page here.
Adjust Featured Collection Layout
Where you have featured collections "For Dogs" and "For Cats", I would suggest ensuring that the boxes align at the bottom. I believe that simply shortening the product name will bring the base line up to solve this issue:

I can also see that you have some alignment issues on your collection page. I would recommend to make sure all your product images are the same dimension so they align nicely on the collection/collection-name pages.
Add Instagram Feed
Do you have an Instagram account for your business? If so, I would strongly suggest adding an Instagram feed using an application. The best place for this would be just above the newsletter sign up link. This will solidify your brand and build an audience for your business.

Completeness and logicality of the dropdown menu can be ensured only if you add "home" button at its beginning. Apart from being a part of the dropdown, the search bar should also be placed beside the cart on the top right of the header as well. You can submit your sitemap regularly to these major engines, or consider using a convenient tool like flare that offers many other major benefits.
