Hey fellow Shopify merchants and community members!

I've got my site up and running, and getting pretty decent traffic onto the site. The issue Im having is my conversions aren't the best. I just wanted your guys's opinions on what could do improving, and overall your customer flow and experience.

Feedback would be greatly appreciated in regards to why I may be having low conversions.

This is an accepted solution.

Hey there,

Your website is splendidly designed and super clean. Kudos on that!

I only have 2 short suggestions and I will provide you with screenshots of the same so that it's easy for you to understand.

1. Product Single Page :

There is an unnecessary waste of white space in your product description.

You can add the icons in a horizontal way rather than vertical.

2. You May Also Like :

There is no need for an empty white space behind the product images. I suggest you to remove the white space and just let the background of the website be as it is.

Other than this, great work!

Hope my insights were of help to you.

Hi!

I think the #1 thing you can do (other than what has already been recommended) is retarget your website visitors. This allows you to take previous website visitors and guide them back to your site at a later time based on what they did on your website. It works super well in my experience. You'll need to install a Facebook pixel on your website and learn how to run basic retargeting ads, which aren't too difficult. Hope this helps! I'm down to answer questions further or help you learn how to do this.
