Hi everyone :)

Our store is under a month old and despite having some decent traffic, we've only made one sale so far.
Id be most grateful if you could help check it and let me know what you feel needs tweaking/improving.

  1. Make use of push notifications, which allows you to send push notifications in real-time to the user's browser. Engage customers will lead to an increase in repeat customers. Chatbots in your business is that they save time. For instance, when used on your website they can provide fast, automated answers to most questions. This will engage your customers and prevent customers from waiting for a day or longer to receive responses as they would have in the past.

If you are getting views this surely means visitors are interested to buy from your store, however they might not have found your store appealing, though it's a gem of a store still surely, you can work on few aspects mentioned down below which will help you in settling UI and overall functionality which will build trust for visitors and eventually drive you a lot better sales.

 

  1. For engaging new customers, add a section of best-selling products.
  2. For some sales at the start, you need to offer some discounts to get going as a promotional offer.
    Also, it would be great if you can create a separate sale page for discounted products.
  3. Please add some blogs for more clarity.
  4. Also, You have ample of products and sure you might add a few more as its just a start for your visitor might feel hard to find the right product.
    Also, your search page is a bit off and empty. Don't you think if suggestions are offered to search bar, there will be a lot of chances for a visitor to buy from your store?
    I would recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with the search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

I absolutely loved taking a look at your store, it is so festive and put me in a great mood for the day! It is super seasonal which is great for the next few weeks, however, do you have a plan for your store after the holiday season? I'd love to hear more. 

 

The first thing I tried to do on your store is checkout, when I got to the shipping options I was told there was no shipping available for the US, Ireland or the UK. This happened regardless of what product I was trying to buy. Make sure to go to Settings > Shipping to make sure you have everything set up correctly there. 

 

Your social media links back to Shopify. This is not ok. Under no circumstance should a store list Shopify as their social media profiles. Due to our privacy policy, we are unable to answer any questions for your customers. We often see cardholders come to us in this fashion and get rather disgruntled that the social media link brought them somewhere that cannot provide help for them. Social media is a really powerful tool when it comes to e-commerce, it also really helps establish your brand's voice. I would recommend adding your social media accounts t your theme, please do take a look at this article on creating your brand's voice and this guide on making an impression that lasts.

 

I noticed that you have an About Us page, it is, however, very short and does not really tell your customer anything about your business. The About Us is probably the most underutilized marketing tool on Online Stores. What an About Us page should be is a goal-oriented sales page, one that focuses on highlighting the biggest selling points of your story and brand, making a strong impression on curious customers. It is the perfect place to highlight a number of objectives such as:

-  Communicate the story of your business and why you started it.
-  Describe the customers or the cause that your business serves.
-  Explain your business model or how your products are made.
-  Put a face to your business, featuring the founders, or, the people on your team.
-  Incorporate persuasive content (e.g. an explainer video, data visualizations, links to blog posts) that might otherwise clutter your homepage.

In short, your online store displays your products brilliantly, your "About Us" page should be telling your customer why they should buy from you.

-> I suggest you can blur the background image under product page because of it's dominate your products in product page.
-> Use all gallery image sizes are in equal.
-> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.
-> You can add your store blog. Blog gives you the chance to make important substance for your clients. Utilize this as a promoting strategy to manage movement back to your site. Blog make better Your Website's SEO , Increase Traffic to Your Website through inbound links.
-> You can add your website's social media page links under social media icons of your website. Have you created your website social media pages? Social media marketing mentions to the business of procuring traffic or attention through social media sites.
I suggest you can use Facebook Marketing and Instagram marketing.
In Facebook Marketing
-> Optimize Your Profile Picture and Cover Photo of your company logo with high resolution.
-> Fill Out Your Facebook Bio.
-> Set a Consistent Posting Schedule.
-> Your Posts at the Optimum Time.
-> Use Video To Attract Your Audience and Target The Right Audience Using Facebook's In-App Targeting Features.
Instagram Marketing
