My store is infinitecoll.com
I am running Facebook/Instagram ads but am not making any sales. I get a lot of view contents and a few add to carts, but no sales.
Can someone please give me feedback on how to proceed from here? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Solved! Go to the solution
i just checked out your store and it looks great. Sales are a funny thing, somethings work and somethings dont, especially with clothing brands. how else are you getting your customers? are there any other avenues of sales other than facebook/instagram ads? ive found that the marketting you think will work are generally the things that dont...
This is an accepted solution.
There are so many more, you are just entering a large world that im still learning about
with the lack of conversion, it is possible to set up email chains to be sent to those customers who liked your clothes and prompt them to finish their sales. We make an app called Flexi Wishlist that does this automatically. we add a like button to your store and with that information, you can send out specific emails and offers to the potential customer. its proven to drive up conversion rates
i think for clothing companies, one that seems to be massive is just having a person of influence wear your clothes, so its not a paid social media ad but itll be on social media if you know what i mean? there is ensuring your search engine optimization is perfect, this will mean that your site will pop up in searches that search for LA streetwear or infinite clothing and what not. i think its also great to have some people who buy or wear your clothes to leave reviews on your site and have those good reviews up for future customers to see, you know?
i think its also important, when just starting out to try to get your local word of mouth sort of stuff going. get your friends, family, friends of friends and acquaintances to love your stuff. go to local markets and sell it there. all of this can help build you from the ground up. networking and stuff
Hello @Beginner, I hope you are doing well! Sachin here, from the AiTrillion Team at Shopify. Thanks for posting! I've taken a look at your store, and here are some suggestions that you can work on:
- The first fold of the website should always have a call to action in it -and here’s why; in most cases placing the CTA (call to action) above the fold works wonders for your campaigns. This placement immediately draws your visitors’ attention to your CTA which is always good for conversions.
Add categories in the header menu as shown in the screenshot.
- Setup Product recommendations on product pages as well as cart pages.
- For getting more conversions and sales you can target your customers by sending automated emails that help to improve the relevancy and timeliness of your campaigns. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase. In this case, email marketing automation turns a missed opportunity into an opportunity to build a stronger relationship and make a sale.
- Entice customers by giving them loyalty points on activities like sign up, leaving a review, allowing push notification, visiting a store, on birthdays, and more. This will help you to increase the email and push subscribers. You can then run email and push campaigns to reach your customers on the basis of customer behavior. This helps in increasing the conversion and retention rate.
Moreover, if you would like to implement the above customer engagement features/ marketing tools in your store I suggest you to install the 'All in one' Shopify app AiTrillion, a full-fledged marketing solution. It will help you to capture visitors coming to your store and will help in getting more conversions.
Hope this helps!
