Change icons to words (magnifying glass/account/cart) and move search from left to right.

Hi there, 

I have the Impulse theme and am looking to change my icons to words. Below are the changes I am looking to make if anyone can help!

1. I like the magnifying glass but would still like to put the word search before it and move it from the left side of my page to the right.

2. Change the Log into account icon to the word ACCOUNT. 

I'd appreciate any help!
