Hi experts,

We've just setup our store not long ago, appreciate if anyone could provide us some feedback on how to improve our site.

FYI: No sales at this point :(

Thanks so much.

Hi Gino!

I think you have made a really good job of this site from a design point of view. Through the use of this particular font and playful but poignant images you have created a store which I would describe as "fun", "warm" and "playful". I find your site easy to navigate given it's minimalist and simple navigation setup, which customers definitely appreciate. There definitely is a consistency to your site from a design perspective.

I like how your product descriptions are detailed and informative, how you have offered additional context about your product through your "About Us" and "Why Organic Cotton", pages which are informative and insightful. Your store policy pages are very clear, and not excessively populated with legal jargon, which customers appreciate.

In terms of constructive feedback, I really think you have nailed the fundamentals so I'll happily leave it to the rest of the community to leave their feedback below. Now as regards generating traffic, and ultimately sales, I would certainly recommend that you take a look at the Kit app which operates as a virtual assistant who upon review of your store will offer you daily suggestions on how to better target your audience through utilising social media, email marketing campaigns and pointed paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The above should result in increased volumes of traffic visiting your site in time!

Hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck with it going forward :)

Hi Gino! Maggie, a Shopify Partner here :)

Your website is fantastic, the dusty pink colors really suit your brand and the products. I love the sliding banner, products display, font, icons, the whole package. I recommend opening the social media links in new tabs – don’t send visitors away once they are on your website. Let them keep your website tab open, even if they wander off to Facebook or Instagram. You are obviously a new brand, but remember to post regularly on social media – that’s a great way to bring traffic to your site at a relatively low cost. Best of luck!
