You can put left right buttons on banner, Then users easily go to next banner of your website. And remove broken images like https://snag.gy/7TPpnu.jpg.
You can use open new tab on the links on the footer section and items on grid page, then customers are spent more time on your store. I see one of your item in view page, item contains only specifications you can add the description of items, An elegantly composed item description clarifies the advantages of the item and persuades the customer that they need the item as well as need it. Your item description is the one you need to catch their eye to in light of the fact that it can without much of a stretch pull in them and influence them to put in a request.

    1. Carousels have been proven to kills conversions rates ...limit how much you use the one on your site. No one is going to wait around to see what is on each sliders

Product Page  Feedback

    1. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

    2. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site. This can help increase your average order value

    3. A few products list two sets of packaging information.

You are missing doctype declaration, which comes as standard with Shopify websites - did you have an SEO specialist optimizing your website? They definitely messed up the settings.

 

You seem to have two domain names pointing to your website [most probable your custom domain and the default myshopify.com domain]. Without a 301 redirect set up, Google reads it as two websites with a duplicate content, which can definitely affect your rank.

 

Your homepage Google snippet doesn’t even display your brand name [default Shopify settings], and the meta title reads “302 found” while meta description is empty:

This snippet is very important, and it’s worth spending more time optimizing it. It’s often the first interaction with a potential new customer, as this snippet is displayed in Google search results. Make sure it’s inviting and irresistible so people click your listing once they see it. Otherwise, Google might drop it as non-relevant to the search results, which will affect your traffic and SEO. Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. I've taken a look at your site, and you've done some amazing work! Well done. I just have a few user experience suggestions, as the other community members have given you some great optimization advice: 

 

1) Postpone your newsletter pop-up to allow your customers to browse your store a little. It's interrupting your users a little too early.

 

2)  Do you have a physical store or workshop? Seeing some of the behind the scenes for the company would give the store a great sense of authenticity.

 

3) Have a separate page for reviews/testimonials, similar to the one from David on your landing page. Peer reviews are really important for conversions, and seeing as you have already considered integrating them into the store, I think you should take it one step further.

Your store looks nice and the products are different.

 

I have reviewed your website briefly and here are some of my feedbacks that you can implement on the site easily.

 

  1. Add gradient on the banner image, some grey colour tint, so that the text is visible on home page, currently its hard to read menu items.
  2. Make sure your social media pages opened at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  3. Add “add to cart” button in the collection page https://www.duncanwalton.co.uk/collections/white-1.
  4. Also since you have just started you can have some promotional activity on the site, offer some discounts and add referral code that can help the first time user to gain discount on second order.
  5. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site. This can help increase your average order value.
  6. The default search landing page https://www.duncanwalton.co.uk/collections/white-1/products/buxton-white-semi-precious-cufflinks is bit off, I mean it's empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solution.
  7. Lastly, You have over 224 products. I would strongly recommend to replace the default search with advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction and other such feature. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users. Check out the features live here.
