In some cases, stores can get stuck in Facebook's approval queue. I suggest clicking on "Disconnect account":
Then, reconnect as normal. Once you do, you'll have to wait the 48 hours for the standard review. If this doesn't work, the next troubleshooting steps will be the following:

I'm in the same position. I cant connect my shopify to facebook. First it was in review constantly. Now it doesn't recognise I have a page connected to my account. I have tried disconnecting the facebook account, deleting the sales channel but nothing is working!
To sell on Facebook, you need to have a Facebook Page for the account you’re signed in with. You also need to have Admin access for that account. If you don’t have a Facebook Page for your store, you can create one.

Thanks for reaching out about that. This is a known error message that we sometimes see in the channel; you'll need to confirm that you have "Admin" permissions for the sales channel to onboard as expected. Sometimes this role gets changed to "Custom" as opposed to "Admin", so double checking that is a great place to start! You can review your Page Roles for your Facebook account by going to the Facebook page > Settings > Page Roles.
We don't want to see "Custom" as the page role, as in the image above. Let me know what you see there, and if that's not the issue then we can do some more troubleshooting, Thanks!

Hi there!
So I'm having the same issue of many other people. I'm trying to connect my Shopify store to my facebook and it's been in review for over a week now. So like I saw previously, I click to DISCONNECT the account and I'll be trying again to be approve in the next 72 hours. I hope this will work.
