Hello, 

We are approaching our second month in business and have already made some improvements to our website. Would love some feedback to see what we can improve on. I know we are having an issue with our banner not displaying correctly on mobile devices so any suggestions on how to fix that? Thank you!

I've taken a look at your store. I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.

1. Add 'New Arrivals' section to help customers keep updated on new products.
2. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.
3. Add a form in Contact Us page for better customer interaction.
4. It would be nice if product images could be zoomed in / enlarged
5. Optimize your footer with a more professional and functional look. Add links in the footer vertically.
6. A FAQ would be useful!
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
8. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

Before you think of ranking you should ensure your pages are found (indexed by Google). Hello @NeaLayneCongrats on the new store. Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase:-

You should have a wide range of products. Internet shoppers will likely spend more time and more money on your online store if you have a wide variety of products to offer. If you only have a limited range of offerings, you might miss out on making sales.

Give product recommendations. By personalizing the consumer shopping experience through gathered data, you can give better suggestions to your customers, which will then increase the likelihood that your customers will purchase a suggested product. Set up Product recommendations on product pages as well as cart page.

Showcase reviews on the home page or create an exclusive page that will build more trust in visitors.

Add Instagram feed on the homepage. Add the wishlist option.

Add a loyalty reward program. Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.

Set up Newsletter Subscription with automatic emails with thankyou and discount coupon.

I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site.
