Biggest piece of advice would be to rework the font and size of footer. And move the “back to top” button as it overlaps with your live chat. What apps are you using?

Is it an app? If not it may be a simple line of code!

Hey @Fashioncouture

Firstly, I congratulate you for coming up with such an ingenious idea. Really you have a wonderful store. You need to engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. You can add web push notification which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers.

It’s good to display testimonials on the homepage and add Q&A to establish authority and influence visitors with user generated content. Turn your customer content into sales by collecting and leveraging reviews, ratings, and Q&A.

If you would like to implement all these I would suggest you to install AiTrillion.com It has all the features in a single app and is a fully integrated app. It is all in one Shopify app. Plus you don't need to install multiple apps. You can check it out. I am sure you will find it useful.

Hi @Fashioncouture

Your sites looking great! Cute clothes and shoes. One thing I could suggest on your website is to add an installment payment option on the website to increase conversions and increase average order value. I happen to work for Klarna and we see merchants increase conversions by 44% after adding a buy now, pay later type option.  Basically it allows the customer to pay 25% at the time of purchase and then spread out the remaining payments with no interest.  Its especially great because about 67% of millennials don't have credit cards and also helps to allow them to put more items in the cart at checkout as well and reduce shopping cart abandonment.  Here is a little more information and how to get started, it's super easy and we pay you in full upfront.

Hope this is helpful!
