Hi there @WhatWatchBot!
Ryder here from the Social Care Team at Shopify. Welcome, and thanks for posting! I took a look through your storefront, and would be happy to offer some suggestions.
Firstly, the images you've uploaded to your slideshow are of high quality and appealing. You have most of the right content available as well, such as your store policies, contact page, and about page. These are all important factors to build trust with you customers, so you're on the right track!
What I'd recommend is adding more content to your home page to capture your visitor's attention and keep them engaged. I'd suggest checking out some successfully designed Shopify stores for inspiration.
While you do have a contact page link in your footer, adding it as a menu item in your header can simplify the process for your visitors. This way, if they're having trouble making a purchase they can easily get it touch.
Your About page describes what your purpose is clearly, which is fantastic. You might still be interested in how you can build a persuasive story by reading our About Us guide to add to what makes you different and why someone should buy from you, rather than from another watch store.
One great way to entice visitors to make a purchase is to offer a discount. I see you offer a discount on your Instagram page, but I don't see any mention of potential discounts on your storefront. Because email marketing is a great way to connect with visitors and customers, you might be interested in adding a newsletter sign up to your footer. If you're using one of our themes, you can add one by to Online store > Themes > Customize which will bring you to the theme editor. In the lefthand menu you can click on [+] Add section, and select "Newsletter signup" under "Promotional".
You can entice people to sign up by offering a discount code - for example "Subscribe to our newsletter for a 10% discount". You can then also offer discounts on a monthly basis. On average, visitors need to see a product 3 - 7 times before committing to a purchase. For this reason, I would also recommend retargeting ads. You might also be interested in our help doc on how to build a customer list for email marketing here.
Do you already have an email marketing app? As I mentioned, email marketing is a substantial way to connect with visitors and customers and to encourage them to purchase. If you don't already have one, I'd recommend having a look at our 9 best email marketing apps to help you determine which one best suits your business needs. We also have a handy Email Marketing 101 guide to help you get started.
While it doesn't sound like you're having trouble bringing in traffic, I'd suggest adding the Facebook and Instagram Sales Channels as well. Through this, you'd be able to add your catalog to your Facebook and Instagram business pages. On Facebook, this would create a "Shop" tab, and display your products - allowing visitors to proceed to checkout from there. On Instagram, you'd be able to tag your products to simplify their arrival to the product page. If you're interested in a free and effective way to market on Instagram, I'd suggest checking out Gary Vaynerchuk's $1.80 Instagram Strategy.
Finally, it sounds like you're struggling with your conversion rates. There are ways you can test out and optimize your conversion rates to improve your results. You can check out our guide for that here. If you haven't already, I'd recommend setting up Google Analytics for more data on how visitors interact with your website. It'd also be a good idea to add conversion tracking to your thank you page.
There's a lot of information here, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!

can I ask you to clarify, of the 11 Reached Checkout, I assume no one consummated the purchase?
Here is a link to a Shopify blog of 4 conversion killers that may assist you: https://www.shopify.com/blog/51360261-4-checkout-conversion-killers-that-drive-your-buyers-away
I am a fan of fast websites. A number of studies indicate this is a major factor in conversion rates - particularly on mobile. You should check whether your shoppers who abandon are on desktop/mobile. I note that Google currently ranks your site 28/100 for mobile speed. If you can optimise your site to improve speed, I believe this would help. Use https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ or https://gtmetrix.com to speed test your site.
I had a quick look at your store and added an item to a cart to test your process. Although my intended purchase had zero shipping fees, I didn't find that out until the payment screen (I found this off-putting). Check exactly where people are abandoning the process, this should indicate where the issue is.
I'd also suggest you install a recommendation app like Frankie. I work for Frankie (Shopify Partner), essentially we specialise in conversion rate optimisation. We're about to launch a free plan that I think would work well for your store. Please, message me if you'd like any more info.
I have done research on your store. Based on that I would like to inform you that, your store looks good to me. But there are some enhancement, I think you may consider that for getting Good results. Please see the below suggestions :-
1)Normally, when the buyer come to your site he would be interested to see the global appearence, for giving the global touch you may add currency conveter to your website. According to Shopify , there was 35% increase in the sales in the cross border, that's why Shopify is adding multicurrency feature they want buyer should feel that he is buying from the street.
2)It is better to use atleast 3 sliders, you can show the depth of your site. You can also add offer image over there, most of the big business like Amazon follows the same strategy during offer period.
3)If you have any trending product, you can add section of timer to show the appeal related to that products. I am attaching the screenshot, please see to it
4)For better analysis you can use Google Analytics, I have already checked you have added Google Analytics, you can use extension like Page Analytics Extension in Google Chrome to check the performance section wise.
5)You can also add the Video Analysis Tools such as Hotjar, Inspectlet or Crazyegg to check the activity of your visitor in the form of video. You can create the heatmap to see the summarise data. Based on that, you can plan related to designing, you can analyse the drop out and plan in the best possible manner.

Thank you @Arpan12 @Tom_Murphy @MS-WEB-DESIGNER @Ryder for the insightful responses, we've taken all of that into account and revamped our entire store. But nonetheless, there still hasn't been much success with sales.
please have a look, we'd appreciate if you could give us any further feedback. We've had interaction with our customers since we changed the look and marketed. but there hasn't been any sale unfortunately. Please help
Seems like you have a good add to cart and reached checkout rate (especially for social ads). Is your checkout multi-page? If so you should use google analytics / google tag manager to figure out where in the checkout process your customers are dropping off.
Thanks for your making those changes. I have reveiwed that your facebook sales channel is not connected, still shop section is not connected. Through that your followers can be turn into buyer.
You should start notifying your customers when they abandoned your cart. This can be done in many ways. You can send them an abandoned cart push notification or an abandoned cart email. This will reduce your cart abandonment. Not only this you can also start rewarding your customers with loyalty points when they come back to recover the abandoned cart.
You need to engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add chatbot, web push notification, reviews and many other. It will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate. It will help you to capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers. You will be able to retain your customers for the long term.
Really good job on launching your store. I think there isn't a ton to change, but I'm going to nitpick anyways, because there is always room for improvement :D.
I noticed that you don't have a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown .
One thing to consider is adding a blog. Adding a blog to your site would help to increase SEO on your site.
Also I noticed that you don't have an always visible buy button. Your buy button is the most important button on your site and it should always be within the thumbs reach of the customer. Take a look at your store (especially on your phone), and try to easily find your buy button, especially when you are on the bottom of the page. If your buy button isn't always visible you are making it harder for your customer to buy. Consider adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-sticky-checkout-button-increase-your-sales , it will help it make it easier for your customer to buy from you.
Did you think about adding reviews. It would be good to add reviews for your products. Think about it when was the last time you bought a product without reading the reviews first? I think you should definitely add some reviews.
Nice job on your all of your hard work so far, and I'm sure that just a few minor changes will really help.
P.S. I created an email course at https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course, after reviewing a bunch of stores I noticed that there are a few tips that might help, and I created an email list to help with it.
