Hello. Hope you are having a nice day.

Besides the fact that I've only got 1 product on my store so far, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give me some honest and constructive feedback on the appearance and features of my store so far.

It is a niche dropshipping store specialising in cork fashion accessories as a sustainable alternative to leather and the like, for women in the USA.

I've only had a few  visitors so far because I've only just started testing paid advertising. I have no idea whether or not it will be converting until I've done more testing, but your feedback would help let me know if I'm on the right track and that it at least "should" be high converting.

Thank you, much appreciated.

This is an accepted solution.

Your store is going to need some work if you want to compete in 2019 and have a profitable store. Even with one product, your store is missing some key bits. Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.

Homepage Feedback

    1. I would clean up the design of your homepage as it's hard to read the white text on your header imagine

    2. Don't make your contact email a free account, looks unprofessional. Make a separate page for your return/refund and shipping policies as it's easier for customers to find it and read it.

    3. FYI; Carousels have been proven to kills conversions rates ...make sure you don't want to use one in the future

    4. Consider adding a Featured Product section on the homepage (i.e. XY Of The Month). Pick one products and tell people why you picked it and what makes it great

Product Page  Feedback

    1. The text on your product page is to small and hard to read. The design needs to be changed

    2. The 100% safe checkout should be in your footer. Looks tacky on your product page

    3. Add a product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

    4. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site...once you add more product. This can help increase your average order value

Your store just needs some tweaks to take it up a level.  Hope you found this helpful, if so please click "like" below to let me know.

Hi @lennoxgough1,

I like your strategy of just getting people to pay for shipping. As far as the design of your store is considered, I think you can work on the aesthetics. Hard to explain what I'm trying to say but for inspiration, have a look at these two stores in a similar category - https://www.tannergoods.com/ and https://www.hardgraft.com/

Your key differentiators aren't popping out at the moment. The call for a sustainable alternative needs to have visuals along with it which evoke stronger emotions for people to take action. That's my take on it hope that helps you!
