Hi @WillowTribe

Just had a look at your store. Congratulations on launching a fine one. Here is my feedback.

1. Add a call to action on your homepage banner. The homepage carries the most value to get hold of the audience.

2. If possible, try adding a crisp marketing video to your homepage showcasing your brand offers to the target audience. Video marketing is the most powerful these days.

3. Gradually start building the SEO of your website by adding blogs revolving around your target niche. This will boost up your organic SEO eventually.

4. On Social Platforms, try to build an organic community by sharing direct and indirect posts that should excite your target audience.

5. Implement some interactivity to your store like Spin a Sale.

6. Implement some abandoned cart recovery mechanism to your store so that you can retarget your potential audience through emails and push notifications to boost your conversions.

Hope this helps.

Hello @WillowTribe, I hope you are doing well! Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase:

- Add a 'Call to Action' button on the banner image like 'Shop Now'.

- You can give product recommendations By personalizing the consumer shopping experience through gathered data, you can give better suggestions to your customers, which will then increase the likelihood that your customers will purchase a suggested product. On the homepage, display trending products, new arrivals, recently viewed.

 - There is a space in the header. It should be there. Make the logo smaller in size.

The home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this.

Slideshow Image- Collection List- New arrivals, Bestsellers- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed

Some marketing tools that you must add which will help you to drive more conversions & maximize the customer engagement in your store are:

  • Start giving loyalty points on activities like signing up, allowing for push notifications, follow or share on social media, on birthdays, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.
  • Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not in your store and bring back the losing customer to your store.
  • Add a referral program, it helps in increasing sales and creates brand awareness. You can ask your customers to refer a product to their friends and family. When the product is referred by some known, people tend to purchase the product.
  • You can add a countdown timer, sales motivator bar to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.
  • Setup Newsletter Subscription with automatic emails with thankyou and discount coupon.

Hope this helps!

Hi @WillowTribe

Have seen your store and maybe have some suggestions for you:

- The logo's size is quite big, you can consider narrow it down a little bit.

Besides that, on your banners, you should have messages and CTA buttons.

- Also, add the CTA button here too.

ConveyLego0612_1-1605058643319.png

- Your collection section should be shown on the homepage earlier.

ConveyLego0612_2-1605058816650.png

- Instead of this section, I think you should have an Instagram gallery for your store. Have seen your Instagram account and it has many beautiful photos and good content.

Check this app Shoppable Instagram Gallery. It will help you create one to show your Instagram content.

- On your product pages, I think you should:

+ Add Sticky Add to Cart bar

+ Add reviews ASAP

+ Use Upsell and Cross-sell methods

- If you want to provide your customers PDF invoice, app Drag and Drop PDF Invoice can be a suitable app for you. It's totally free.

Hope this helps!

Happy selling,

Hi @WillowTribe !

I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.

Hi @WillowTribe welcome to Shopify community

Hope your business is going well during these difficult times. I checked your store website, and I have a few tips and feedback I'd like to share,

1. I recommend you to strengthen your social activity on Facebook and Instagram by posting on regularly, and connecting with similar communities as this will increase awareness and publicity of your website and help in having more traffic. Also getting a social media influencer to promote your merch is also a good way to get high traffic to your store.

2.
Send abandoned cart emails: If you have lots of traffic and little sales due to abandoned carts so you can get lost revenue using abandonment email campaigns. There are many Automated tools for abandoned carts. They can help you increase sales and re-engage visitors to your site who have left. You can also send promotional emails to your subscriber's list.

3.
Show off the products: People tend to rely on engaging visuals to help drive their purchases. Since online buyers do not have the option to experience your products in-person, it's important to draw them in with great product photos, and right now your images are of low-res and small. More on visual cues that can help make your store a better shopping experience can be read here.

4.
Adding product stickers/trust badges can help increase your sales by tapping into powerful psychological triggers such as scarcity, social proof, and urgency. Also having graphic and personalised stickers on products will help grab attention of customers easily and nudge them to purchase.

5. Shopify store owners made sales worth over $2.9 Billion during BFCM 2019. This year according to a Google report, "People will discover and buy online even more" and most of them will shop at local, small businesses. It’s past time to prepare your Shopify store for the biggest shopping weekend in the United States!

Now this year may not be exactly the same. Customer priorities and buying behavior has changed SIGNIFICANTLY this year, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I hope this helps!
