Hello,

We would really appreciate it if we could get some feedback on our store. We know that some areas need work, but we want to see what people think from a consumer perspective.

Hi @landbeyondbrand

Overall I think your shopify store looks pretty good, But I noticed a couple of things that you might consider adding.

After looking I couldn't find a return policy. A return policy can help your customers know what to do in case something goes wrong. If you include one it can help increase trust and thus increase sales.

One thing to consider is adding a FAQ section. Customers often times will want a lot of information before they make a decision to purchase. Adding an FAQ section with information about things like shipping rates, returns, and anything else relevant can help your customer more easily make a decision to purchase

After looking I couldn't find a blog. If you had a blog you would be able to drive more organic traffic to your store, plus it would help establish yourself as an expert.

Nice job on your all of your hard work so far, and I'm sure that just a few minor changes will really help.

Hey @FFT_SMART

Thank you for responding, however I feel like you didn't actually look at our store since we have a FAQ page, and a return policy. However, a blog is a good idea and we will look into that.

Hi @landbeyondbrand

Overall I think your shopify store looks pretty good, But I noticed a couple of things that you might consider adding.

One thing to consider is adding a blog. If you had a blog you would be able to drive more organic traffic to your store, plus it would help establish yourself as an expert.

I wasn't able to find a return policy. Would you buy from a store if you thought you couldn't return something? Maybe? But it would be helpful to have a return policy.

Also I noticed that you don't have a FAQ section. Adding an FAQ section to your store can help your customer more easily be able to find a solution to their problems without asking you. This will help long into the future so you don't need to spend so much time on customer support

After looking I couldn't find a sense of urgency. By using urgency, you can make your visitors feel like they are missing out unless they order immediately. The 'Fear of Missing Out' that they experience, will increase your ability to convert them into buyers. One app that can help you with that is https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown . It really can make a big difference in getting your customers to buy from you

Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!

By the way, I created an email course at https://mailchi.mp/7d8692283c12/shopify-conversion-course (I'm not selling anything) that might help you optimize your store.

Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.

Homepage Feedback

    1. Add links to your footer for about us, return/refund, FAQ, and shipping policy...not everyone will know to click on About Us in the main menu to see thee links

    2. Consider adding a Featured Product section on the homepage (i.e. XY Of The Month). Pick one products and tell people why you picked it and what makes it great

    3. I would make your product images bigger on your collection page

Product Page  Feedback

    1. Make sure each product has 3 - 5 images as that will help someone decide if they want to purchase. A lot of products I saw only had 1 or 2 images

    2. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

    3. ASOS and other leading fashion brands are doing little fashion videos for their product pages. Something you could film on an iPhone or latest Android and add to your site.

Your store just needs some tweaks to take it up a level.  Hope you found this helpful, if so please click "like" below to let me know.

Most people here just copy past replies to every thread. Best advice find one person ONLY learn from them and go from there. This community will get you stuck. To many different opinions at once. While most of them are probably good having to many different points of view at once is bad.

Good luck with it all. Hope you crush it online.
