We are a company who started creating shopify stores for clients and we have launched our first store recently.

Hope you're doing well. 

I must say that you have created a beautiful store and it was delight to see what you have created. The images look amazing and the website layout and design is very clean and elegant. Kudos!

I have a few recommendations for you, I hope they will be of help to you. 

1. Free shipping is the biggest enticement for shopping online. And I see that free shipping isn't an option right now. So either you can provide free shipping as Standard (normal delivery), and shipping charges applied for Expedited (faster delivery)| or you could provide free shipping for orders above a certain value. Either of these, it will help you get more sales/increase conversions. I would like to recommend you one of the best apps for the same purpose - Superbar

2. Reviews on Product Page - Add a section for customer reviews when you get them. This helps build social proof and makes it easier for people to trust your brand. Ask past customers for reviews is a great way to get this started. 

3. Product description - Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search.

4. Footer details - For better SEO purposes, Terms and Conditions like "Refund, Shipping, Privacy policy and Terms Of Service" page should be added to the site footer.

5. Social media - "Linked In and Twitter" both are the gems of e-commerce store advertising. Hence, should be added to the site footer.

6. Cart Page : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.

7. You must use live chat. There’s no way around it. If people have questions, they need it answered while they are still on your site. You can set up auto invites to trigger when certain criteria is met.

8. Add some social proof to your website - this will show whenever a product is sold or added to a cart, this makes the viewers trust your product.

I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:

• Improve your logo.
• Add policy documents at footer
• Add predictive search feature
• Add Featured / Bestseller products at home page - Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store.
• Add Testimonials at homepage - They add to the trust factor as when customers see what other buyers have to say about your products, it makes them more sure about your brand.
• Add Promotional banner on collection page - You can show images of featured, bestseller or popular products on the collection page banner.Example of Good Collection Page
• Add Product filter for easy navigation - Categorize & filter products by their size, colour or type so users find product to product navigation easy.Example of Ideal Product Page
• Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.

I just had a look at your store, your store looks great. I have a few suggestions for you hope they might help you.

• There is no review option, try adding that feature social reviews helps you a lot in bringing sales. 
• There are no trust badges at your checkout page, try adding them as trust badges help your customers know that your site is safe to shop. 
• Also, try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
• Try adding some sale offers to your products to attract customers.
• Add a blog page, blog page helps you to share more about your website and products which increases your site visibility.

Thank you so much for getting back to me, I am really glad you liked my suggestions and were of help to you. 

I can give you a few options for apps that you can use for email marketing. 

Firstly, i'd ask you to try the Shopify Email itself. 

Secondly, Omnisend

Try these, they might help and if they don't you can always let me know and it can give you more suggestions!
