Hello to everyone!

Can I heve a feedback on my store online

In 5 months I got a lot of traffic but just 10 sales, even if I spent money on google ads and social media campaign.

I love your mythological incorporation! Very appropriate seeing as Hestia is the goddess of hearth and domestic life, among many other things. I'm hopeful already. Upon further inspection I see that... sei italiana! Ma certo! Si vede. :)

Quindi, il tuo site è organizzato bene, pero sento che ha troppa varietà. Si, la varietà è fantastica, ma l’armonia tra i prodotti è ancora meglio. Più specificamente, vedo che ci sono molte categorie con pochi prodotti (come due o tre). Dal punto di vista del cliente, questa tattica non è efficace. Dal punto di vista tuo, è meglio avere alcuni prodotti che vendono bene rispetto a molti prodotti che semplicemente non vendono. Quali sono questi prodotti?


Un consiglio utile è guardare che fa la concorrenza. Quali sono i prezzi? Loro fanno qualcosa che tu non fai? Perché sei diversa? Hai bisogno di costruire fiducia con i tuoi clienti. Il tuo link che va a Instagram non funziona, pero ho riuscito a trovarlo e vedo che hai una presenza su Instagram. Ottimo! Usa i tuoi followers a tuo vantaggio. Che vogliono loro? Che chiedano loro?

Hi! Congratulations on your store! Very nice. Maybe if you add other products, similar to yours, you might earn more sales. I use a Shopify app called Six Ads to get more traffic.

You have some very nice products. My first reaction to your homepage is that you're not presenting your products in the best way. To start, I think instead of the paragraph of text at the top you should have a slideshow with beautiful images of your products in context instead of in the showroom:



Second, the photography of the products could be improved. The products you have are very nice, I would buy many things from you, but the photography is simply not doing justice to how nice your products are.


For example, in this image: 


It's too dark, the angle is not good, and the background does not help me imagine what the table cloth would look like in my house. If you can get images from the manufacturer that would be great. What would be even better is if you can take your own 'lifestyle' photos. This is a great blog post on our website about how to take beautiful product photos.


I know running your own retail business is a lot of work -I've had my own business as well. But if you're able to make your website a place where visitors are inspired by the lifestyle you're promoting then it's going to make selling online easier.
