Hello there!

I've spent a few minutes on your store and I must say that it looks great. The contrast is good, I like the way you use your product image in real context, it helps visitors to know how the dress might fit with a body. However, I believe there are some small glitches that we can still improve on the site. Let's figure out:



The banner images look a bit blur, have you noticed that? It's better if we can optimize them for the best quality. As a visitor, I might judge your site based on the quality of product images.



On the header, I think you can reduce the size of the logo to save space for the other navigation buttons so they will be aligned perfectly on straight line.



Since you've engaged visitors on your site to follow the store instagram, please make sure that they know where to click. It's better to add an external link in paragraph or heading text that opens instagram account of your store in a new tab.



I noticed a big gap under product details, it seems like an issue from the theme you're using. You should check the design first then contact the theme provider if you can't handle fixing it.


Next thing on the product page is that, while the page has an area to show reviews but I can't find anywhere to write a review. It's better to let visitors leave some nice words on your store.



Sorry if I missed a thing but I believe that the navigation should be rearranged, from left to right based on its group meaning: Home, New Arrival, Dresses, Sizing Chart, About Us, Contact Us. 



One last thing, I've checked your page speed and it seems like the score on desktop is pretty good but on mobile it's a bit slow. This is mainly caused by your theme as well as some images haven't been optimized yet. You can check the result here:

Everything from Logo to Central Banner looks quite professional and complete. But at the same time, some minor flaws can change the overall future performance of the store leading to loss of sales. Some suggestions of mine to you for store optimization are as follows:

  1. The logo should not be placed in between breaking the components of the main menu. It should be placed on the top left of the header instead.
  2. The spacing between the main menu components should be arranged accordingly.
  3. Main menu elements are haphazardly arranged. The correct order of arrangement is as follows: Home, Dresses, New Arrivals, Sizing Chart, About Us and Contact Us.
  4. Placement of the search bar on the top right of the header is more desirable than when it is placed on the top left for a well-organized header view.
  5. The header template should be placed above the logo and main menu instead of being placed above the central banner.
  6. "About us" section should certainly be descriptive. Add some images and a little more description to make it look more detailed.
  7. Decisiveness of the customer can be improved if you add product reviews below each item.
  8. For better customer interaction, a contact form is a must in the "Contact Us" section.

I have gone through your site. Though it looks good, there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales.


Logo & Favicon :

Logo & Favicon -- Your logo should highlight your brand name. Add a favourite icon so users can locate your webpage easily.



  1. Header -- Have a sticky header and a clear smart search bar to help users locate the products they're looking for.Also a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator must have features. Login icon must be there for buyer account creation before purchasing.
  2. Footer -- Optimize your footer with more professional and functional look and also highlight your newsletter sign up so people who follow your brand will receive more updates about promotions and sales. There are legal policy pages which are missing in the footer that must be included for authenticity and security purpose



A lot can be done to your homepage to make it more informative & attractive.

  1. Banners & Branding -- Add hero banner with prompt CTA buttons that syncs well with your store theme & branding. This banner should include info like free shipping, offers/deals like 50% off, etc
  2. Color, Font & Branding -- Over All Text, Font , Paragraph , Alignment , Spacing , Padding etc should be more elegant so that your store looks well-organized, neat and visually appealing. Maintain the same or similar colors and fonts throughout your store to keep your  branding intact 
  3. Featured Collection -- Add all the top featured collection on the homepage so users know the type of products you're selling on your store.
  4. Featured / Bestseller products -- Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store                                     
  5. Testimonials -- They add to the trust factor as when customers see what other buyers have to say about your products, it makes them more sure about your brand.
  6. Highlight your USP -- What's unique about your brand that none of the other Shopify merchants have? This needs to be highlighted in your store presentation, features & more.
  7. Trust Badge on Home Page -- This is important as this helps to build trust and assures your customers that your brand is authentic



Your customer views this page to have an in-depth view of the products and services you offer.

  1. Banner adding on Collection page -- Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners
  2. Product filter for easy navigation -- Categorize & filter products by their size, color or type so users find product to product navigation easy.
  3. Product Label -- Product labels like % off, ‘New Arrival’, ‘Sold Out’ must be there must be there for the ease of the buyer
  4. Product Showcasing -- Clear product title and description , high quality images , reviews , related products , color swatch function, grey effect for sold out products , product labels . All these features make your store much more convenient, authentic, easy to use and user friendly.

Product Page  Feedback

    1. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

    2. Ask past customers for reviews is a great way to build social proof and makes it easier for people to trust your brand

    3. ASOS and other leading fashion brands are doing little fashion videos for their product pages. Something you could film on an iPhone or latest Android and add to your site.
