Hello everyone! After launching somewhat of a janky looking website I took feedback from the community and I redesigned my website. I was hoping for some feed back on anything that would help my conversion. I do have new items planned and longer descriptions coming for my products. Thanks in advance.

Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.

 

Homepage Feedback

  1. Add links to your footer for about us....it's good to let customer know who you are. I would move contact us and FAQ from the main menu and just keep it in the footer

Product Page Feedback

  1. Add links to your shipping and return/refund policy on each product page

  2. Make sure each product has 3 - 5 images as that will help someone decide if they want to purchase. A lot of products I saw had only 1 or 2 images

  3. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO.

  4. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site. This can help increase your average order value

General

  • There is no email, phone number, or address revealed.
  • I recommend to use Instagram, your product very suitable for ig.

Homepage

  • I noticed that you have a newsletter subscription box. I would suggest adding a bonus (such as a discount code) to entice your site visitor to sign up.
  • You can add a live chat section instead of Facebook messenger, which is not at all suggested. It could be really irritating to go to messenger and fill credentials just for clearing some doubts.

Product

  • Add Shipping and Returns information. This also builds trust.

1. Use call to action language on your website.
2. Include contact info like email or phone number for customers to reach you at on top of the contact form.
3. Make the UX great for the customer (use AI-Powered Product Recommendations in all pages so your shoppers don't hit the back button on then browser)
