Feedback on My Store

We have been open since June 2019 and have gone through a lot of trial and error.  Our store is finally getting traffic but we are spending a ton on advertising and have a very low conversion rate.  We have done SEO audits and we rank decent.  The Mobile upload time needs some work but overall we have improved.  Not ready to throw in the towel but certainly frustrated.  In review of the store, any suggestions that may help us to get over this slump and move to the next level?

I just reviewed your store, its quite good but I think you need a bit more work on your store to improve sales and conversion. Here are a few things you might consider changing.

Homepage Design: Homepage design could be better and organized, as it guides visitors around the website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design. It would be great if you feature less product on each section of your homepage. Focus only on showing your top products. Also, Include trust indicators on homepage it can be customer success stories or customer testimonials.

Images: Your website images doesn’t look responsive on many devices. Use compelling images for slideshow. Also, ensure text is user-visible while web fonts are loading.

Sticky Header: You can create a sticky header. Sticky header is something that remains fixed to the top of the website, and are visible even when you scroll down. It gives a better navigation experience to the user.

CTA to increase sales: You need a strong call to action to convince people to act. Try using good CTA to increase conversion and sales.

Structured Data: What I observed that structured data is not effectively implemented, If it's not effectively implemented then it won't help you increase search appearance on SERP.

Grow Online Sales with Mobile Optimization: Work on performance optimization for great user experience. Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversation. Your website performance’s speed is very low i.e 16%. It should be above 70%. Fast page load time will boost the website’s crawl rate and It also improves the user experience.


For sales, I would suggest to create a strong Unique Selling Proposition (USP) first. Without a strong USP, you'll be spending money but see little sales. Unless you can pinpoint what makes your business unique in a world of homogeneous competitors, you cannot target your sales efforts successfully. If you want to increase sales I would recommend to start with Google Shopping ads. It becomes easier to get conversion and grow your business with Google Ads.

Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.


Another thing you might want to add is a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.


An important thing I couldn't find is an always visible buy button. Your buy button is the most important button on your site and it should always be within the thumbs reach of the customer. Take a look at your store (especially on your phone), and try to easily find your buy button, especially when you are on the bottom of the page. If your buy button isn't always visible you are making it harder for your customer to buy. Consider adding , it will help it make it easier for your customer to buy from you.


I wasn't able to find a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding .


But seriously your store is actually really great, and I think just a few minor tweaks could really go a long way.
