I would love to get feedback on how I can improve my store, overall. Please feel free to point out any area and be as real as you need to be.

  • Hero banner can be more better
  • As it is one product store you can remove search icon
  • Over All Text , Font , Paragraph , Alignment , Spacing , Padding etc need improvement to make it more elegant - Make your store well-organized, neat and visually appealing and add to the user experience.
  • Organize your footer
  • Add social profiles at footer
  • You can add video view of your product
  • All images can be more better.

I like your store, it's amazing. You need to work on a few aspects to improve your store and increase your sales.

Sticky Header: You can create a sticky header. Sticky header is something that remains fixed to the top of the website, and is visible even when you scroll down. It gives a better navigation experience to the user.

Speed - To increase visitors and sales you need to work on your website performance’s speed as I am seeing it is very low, 20%. It should be above 60%. Also, you need to optimize website images. It will improve the user experience. Fast page load time will also boost the website’s crawl rate.


Homepage: Homepage designs guides your visitors around your website. Homepage content should be strategically decided. Feature less reviews also organize the collection of customer reviews on homepage. 

Product Page: Product page formatting could be more organized. It should be nicely spaced so that buyers find it visually appealing. You can display the extended details using tabs rather than a chunk of text. Think about how you can concisely convey and highlight the most important information.

Put Effort Into Online Reviews & Social Proof: Social media Makes your visible and it expands conversion such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram are great platforms for marketing and connecting with customers.

Live Chat Support. Integrate live chat support on your website.  A website with no live chat is like a store with no sales assistant. Start a conversation with your visitors and turn them into happy customers.

Social Media: Integrating social plugins on your website to increase traffic. Create social media pages of your business it helps to reach more customers. Social media makes your business visible and it expands conversion such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are great platforms for marketing and connecting with your new and existing users.

After looking on your store, I have some suggestions that might be useful for you.

1. Make Header Sticky

 This would be more convenient for all users if they're scrolling up and down in your store. They still can access to another section during surfing and easily checking what inside Cart right now or searching for a specific item.

2. Align the Heading

 I think you should use left-alignment of your contents in here. Also change the font-family of each Heading section to highlight it from your content.

3. Product Description

You can put product description inside a tab or and use 'Read More' to keep your layout in the most simple way. Avoid using vertical layout like this cause it makes your homepage so long and can make users annoy with it.

4. Review Section

As I mentioned above, avoid using vertical layout and try to use horizontal layout in here. Limit the number of reviews in each tab about at 5 - 6 reviews. I have spent much more time to scroll down to the bottom of your store.

Welcome to the Shopify family, and congratulations on your store.

I think you need to add a few things to make your store more trustworthy for visitors. I have a few observations to add:

  1. Add an about us page. This adds a human touch to your store experience. And if you make it a story that people can relate to, it forms an emotional connection between your brand and the customers. Tell people about who the team is (or who you are), add photos, and make it friendly.
  2. Create your social media pages - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter. These are essential for building any brand and trust for users. Once they land on your website, people will be checking around for your social media. Be sure to put up some amount of posts there as well. 
  3. Feels like you’re selling to hard on your home page. If you overwhelm the user with too much alien info, they will most likely drop out. Show a few featured images on the homepage. Show everything else on the product page.
  4. You trust badges look a little weird. There is a right and a wrong way to use visual cues in your store, I have written a blog about the same. Linking it here in case you need it.
