I will list some of my idea to help you improve your store :
Remove the black hover of the button, it will decrease the readable of your button ( image )
Over all, the contract of your site is quite low : The blue background and the purple headline are not good combination. My recommendation is change your background to white and the headline to black. ( image )
Add countdown timer to sale product to increase FOMO effect
I don't think the way you down the line ( image ) is the right way to present the info. Let's keep it short by make 1 bullet item per row or use accordion instead
Show some testimonial / social proof is the good way to warranty your product quality and increase conversion rate
Invest more content to your product page ( image + description / video.. ) to make it more interesting, no one like to read a bunch of text

Hello! I appreciate all the feedback on my store, The Max Pet Boutique. I am apprehensive about hiring a Shopify Expert. I had an expensive, disappointing experience with the one who set the site up, as you can see on my store. Very slow communication. Did not even complete the set up. There are a couple of things on your store, which I think can be resolved by the experts. I am mentioning each and every issue, please look into them:-
1)Logo- Logo should be smaller, it should be on transparent background, the background of the header should be in white colour, alignment should be on the left side. Refer the screenshot https://prnt.sc/rbvg6l

2)Menu- Since you are selling multiple products in a different collection, so you should have different categories in order to show the depth, currently there is only store menu, the store looks ok but under the store, you can list categories like pet feeder, pet clothes, pet accessories etc. Your products have lot of scopes. 3)Font- Font should be light-weighted, you have only used bold font on your store, it needs to be updated.
1)Slider: Sliders or banners are the most important part of any website, it basically defines the soul of the entire website, subject which you are targetting through your entire website, they should be clear and look professional and lighter background. Shop Now button looks fine but the background could have been more clear.
2)Popular Categories- After slider, you can list popular categories, before building any website it is mandatory that we take the reference of top companies eBay and Amazon, we can use their concepts. There are having Data Analysts, working along with them with regards to users engagement that this portion would be having this much impact. 3)Deals- Below categories, if you want to list the deals, normally in eCommerce industry deals play an important, below categories you can list deals of the week or deals of the day, simply timer can be added at that position.
4)Featured Collection- After that, you can list your featured collections so that by looking at the products at the home page, he has the clear idea related to products available in the website, he would be fully aware related to that.
Collection page should be simple, you can add wishlist option to give the option to your user to add their favourite products into the wishlist. Rest your pages should be on white background, currently, it is the blue background which does not look professional at all.
The product page should be on lighter background, clear images should be there. Also, you can add option regarding wishlist and review to provide the better interface.
Cart page should have a logo at the centre, it should also be on the white background.

1. The logo looks too big. It should be of normal size so that the banner image can be seen in the first fold of the homepage. You need to make the footer menu more professional.
2. Display collection on the homepage and give product recommendations by personalizing the customers' browsing experience.
3. Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.
4. Also, add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not on your store and bring back the losing customer to your store. You can also send an abandoned cart push notification, it helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.
5. You can start giving Loyalty Points and Rewards to WOW your customers. This will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value by giving points and rewards that give customers more reasons to return to your store.
