Hi Cas! Maggie, Shopify Expert here :)
It's a great start - I would add more 'meat to the bone' - give your visitors more details as to how you can make a difference and what you are offering [coaching, subscription, classes, books etc.] As your niche is specific, you need to convey trust in order to convert - make sure to add case studies and happy customers feedback to help your visitors understand the real benefit you can create for them.
Also, your URL suggests you are offering sport performance tools, and the homepage suggests you are offering stress management and life advice. Make sure to stay consistent with your branding s well. Hope it helps!

I wanted to start by saying you have a great site so far! I also agree with what Maggie and Clayton have said above. Especially regarding case studies and happy customer feedback. I suggest encouraging previous customers to post about their experience on social media so that you can share their content. This will go a long way in building that new customer trust which is so important for an online based business.
I like the content on your homepage, but noticed that your blog posts are a little bit spaced out time-wise. Do you release one monthly? If so, I recommend stating that it's on a monthly cycle to give your site the feeling that it is regularly maintained.
The iceberg image at the bottom, while appropriate content, does seem to be tacked on a little bit after the testimonials and other information. Have you considered having a rotating featured product in the space that "6 exercises for stoicism" currently takes? You could update this to showcase different offerings from your business over time.
Another huge factor in whether a a customer will buy from you when landing on your site is how they got there. If somebody arrives at your store, already sold on the product, completing the sale will be much easier! How do you currently reach out to your audience?
The store looks decent. Although, some improvements which need to be done are:
Hope your store grabs traffic and sales very soon.
