Feedback on my new store

Hi :)

 

I opened my store last weekend, I have over 460 sessions, and only 6 sales. All of which are from contacts.

 

I started this weekend advertising, with over 150 sessions from my ads, none have converted to a sale. And only one have reached checkout. I have a high bounce rate from the sessions by Facebook Ads (>75%) compared to my bounce rate from direct traffic (<60%)

Hey mate

 

I'm curious how targeted your traffic is with the high bounce rate?  The direct traffic conversion implies they are looking for you but with a higher bounce rate it suggests the visitors may not have much interest in the available products.

 

The store is looking good though!

Your store looks professional, sleek and very inviting! Well done - I don't think there's anything that would put shoppers off. You've done a great job on the website. The next step would now be to drive traffic that converts.

 

Consider integrating your store with Google Analytics - it will give you great info as to where your traffic is coming from, and which sources send you the best converting traffic. You could then measure if it's the Facebook ads that convert the best, or perhaps another source, like Google organic traffic or Instagram posts. Google Analytics is worth monitoring, as it will allow you to focus your time and marketing budgets only on the platforms that convert best [remember 80/20 rule - 20% of your efforts generate 80% of the results].
