I'm Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly Landing Page Builder. I would like to have some feedback after checking your Shopify store:

About the Homepage:

It would be important to have a sticky header on your site. Keeping the header always visible will give visitors the ability to navigate through your site faster.  

Customers can have a better experience when searching for products with a search bar on the sticky header . It will be better if you can show a search bar instead of an icon.

The Homepage is having a nice banner. But you can consider adding more attractive headings to convince customers to click on the CTAs. One or two promotions on the banner would make customers curious and keep them on the site longer. 

Your Homepage shows many sale products, but all of them do not have any Add to Cart or Buy Now button. You may want to add those CTAs to your site. Hover effect will be useful too. Showing the second product image on hover can provide customers with more information.

A pop-up would be helpful when you want to collect a customer email list or run a email marketing campaign. You can make it more attractive to customers with a promotion.

The Testimonial / Reviews section would increase the trustworthiness of your store. Customers may feel safe and learn more about products through the reviews.

Product Page: 

Product Images: you are showing many product images on the product page, it is really good. But you may consider taking pictures of the product by yourself, it will prove the origin and reliability of your products. Many product images on your website look like stock photos and they can affect the brand image.

Color Swatcher: It is necessary to have the Color Swatcher on your product page when your products have multiple colors. It can increase the aesthetics of your product page and the professionalism of your store.

Delivery Date: You are showing the shipping policies on your store which is nice. Many customers will demand more information here, they want to know the shipping date. You can show the delivery date on the product page to keep customers on this page. 

Your product page may need other sections like Warranty Policies or Refund Policies. Giving customers enough information that they need will keep them on the product and focus on the customer's journey.

Hi @Helper !

Change the hero banner image, your image does not look professional. 

If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.

I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well.

The items on your store are something that will most likely be purchased by one person several times. For better customer retention I recommend using Rewards program by Growave, that will give out various discounts depending on how much a person has spent on your store or how many actions he/she has completed (left a review, shared the site, created an account, etc.)

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.

- After the collection list on the homepage, display the recommended products by personalizing the customer's shopping experience. It can be like trending products, new arrivals, bestsellers, recently viewed.

- Display testimonials or reviews on the homepage.

- The products that you displayed on the homepage, 'the humidifier' & 'soap dispenser' that isn't looking professional.

- Add eCommerce marketing tools to make your store engaging and interactive which will help you to capture visitors & convert them into paying customers. You can add web push notification, loyalty reward program, timer bar, email marketing automation.

- Welcome your customers to your store with an attractive smart popup.
