Feedback on my new store

Hi everyone!

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read my post! I've always wanted to start my own clothing brand, and so during the pandemic, I finally took a leap of faith and started my own online fashion brand with a friend. We have officially launched for 2 months now, but still struggling to get conversions besides from friends/mutual friends, so wanted to see if anyone has any feedback on our store.

We've been using Instagram mostly to get the word out and ran a few ad campaigns but not much result. Any feedback, suggestion or tips would be much appreciated!

Side note: if anyone else is in the fashion niche or is open to connecting with other entrepreneurs and business owners, I would love to connect - hit me up!

Congratulations on your store!

At first, just want to say your products are beautiful, and they are a big advantage. 

Here are some of my suggestions for you:

- The first glance is not good because the banner has too many texts. You can ask yourself what you need to focus on when you see this.

This section should be moved down, like a separate section.

- Add the title for your collection section.

- You can consider adding two sections: Featured Products and Key points of your products. 

- I prefer you have Quickview buttons to allow your customers to see more product details faster. 

- On your product pages, I think you should:

+ Move the description down

+ Add Sticky Add to Cart bar

+ Use more Upsell and Cross-sell methods because you're selling many types of products

- Have seen your live chat support, however, you can consider using WhatsApp app to recovery abandoned carts. App WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned Carts will help you do that with ease, and also, it's totally free. 

- There are two ways that you can try to test and might increase your conversions:

+ Have better deals. Like upsell and cross-sell I said above or a promotion event. 

+ Have a better advertising campaign. What ads campaign platform are you using.

If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.

I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. Hello @dreamjoni, I hope you are doing good. Congratulations on your new store! here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase:

The home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. 

Slideshow Image- Collection List- New arrivals, Bestsellers- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed

- Increase the visibility of the search box.

- To make your store easy to navigate. Create a drop-down menu in the header menu.

- Add a web push notification - It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It’s a powerful and effective marketing tool adopted by online businesses to reach out to and interact with their audience, keep them updated about any important information, announcing sales and offers, and eventually driving more eCommerce conversions.

- Add loyalty reward program- Start giving loyalty points on activities like signing up, allowing for push notifications, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increase the retention rate.

- Add a referral program, it helps in increasing sales and creates brand awareness. You can ask your customers to refer a product to their friends and family. When the product is referred by some known, people tend to purchase the product.

- You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.
