Hi all,

Would love some feedback on my new store - https://bubbleandtub.com/

We specialise in Hot Tub hire for either mid week or weekend rentals. I wanted to keep the design and flow quite straight forward and easy to navigate.

Congratulations on launching your store!

After taking a look through your store, I have a few suggestions.

The white text over the background is difficult to see. I'd either change up your font color or perhaps add a dark rectangle section behind your text that is about 70% transparent to help add some contrast to the text.

The two buttons - "Check Availability" and "Book Online" both lead to the same place.

If you are able, I'd recommend not separating the products by mid-week/weekend and just having one master booking calendar. It will make it easier when running ads if you have one booking page instead of two, otherwise, depending on which they land on (mid-week/weekend) it may just appear to them that the date they need is unavailable.

The picture you have on the About Us page is very nice. I'd recommend marketing even more like that. If it's something you are open to, perhaps offering flower petals (as seen in the picture) and a bottle of wine for an anniversary package or any number of variations for special occasions.

My last recommendation is to spend some time on your SEO. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). Instead of the word "Hot Tub" in the title, your current SEO title is "WEEKEND HIRE (FRI - MON)". I would spend some time on this to include words that a person trying to find your product would search in Google.   • Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc.
  • Add videos for your product at the product page

- Check the Instagram link in the footer. It is not correct.

Start using a loyalty program to entice your customers. It will help you build a loyal customer base. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, allowing for web push notifications, making a purchase, visiting a store, and many more.

This will help in doubling the sales as when you give loyalty points to your customers they will come again to your store to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. You can give rewards to your customers to redeem those points.

Add a web push notification - It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It’s a powerful and effective marketing tool adopted by online businesses to reach out to and interact with their audience, keep them updated about any important information, announcing sales and offers, and eventually driving more eCommerce conversions. Send price drop alerts and many more.

I've gone through your website thoroughly and I must say I found the user experience very rich and friendly. The website has been designed very meticulously and I am sure, it will be a hit in no time. 

There are very few stores like that of yours on the internet having such a beautiful concept. But I think even a concept such unique as yours need some marketing. Marketing and promotion are the second most important jobs to be done, once you've launched your website. (Make sure you target the right audience)

However, I also feel that you should use some other theme for your website. The theme you are using right now seems to be inclined towards general-purpose stores and does not suit well with your service-based idea.

Secondly, the banners are not very good, as the texting on them are not clear because of similar coloured background.
