Hi! Could anyone give any tips to change or add something to my store? How would you rate my store overall? Need honest feedback.

Homepages

1. Header

When I access your store, I have a little bit confuse because your header located at the bottom of the banner. Basically, I think it is better for your customer aware of this by moving your header tpo the top of your page.

2, Layout 

Blank space on your website makes users feel disappointed when they surfing to this section. I think should restructure the section layout to make your website professional by adding more brand information or image. Furthermore, you can refer to our Chloe template maybe this is helpful for you.

3. Testimonial

You should add testimonials/product reviews to your homepage because it is critical to users’ purchasing decisions. Include both the rating average and the number of ratings in product list items will help your website is reliable under the user view and your customer will make the decision on your website faster.

Product Page

1. Image 

Your images should show products “In Scale”, either in comparison to other objects or settings or on a model or human frame of reference. Providing “Lifestyle” images to get users excited about products.

2. Shipping information and Return policy link 

When shopping for products online, users understand that even seemingly perfect products may not work in reality. Therefore, you should add this information regarding your return or refund policy on the main product page that ensures the customer's benefits after buying products from your website.
In addition, you also should provide users with a delivery date (e.g., “Delivery Date: April 4th”) or date range (e.g., “Arrives April 3 to April 9th”) for each of the available delivery options.

3. Avoid horizontal app

Of the four dominant layout types for product details pages within e-commerce, having a “Horizontal Tabs” layout proved during testing to be the worst-performing layout and navigation pattern — regardless of the tested industry and product type.

This structure will make your customer miss information because most tabs not being expanded by default, meaning they require an active user decision to explore. I know you have a lot of product information want to share with your customer, so I think you can restructure your page with an image place on the left side and the information on the right side.

Add the ‘buy now’ button- it lets your shoppers purchase the products they want faster and avoid extra steps of the checkout process. So instead of having to add items to the cart, going to the cart page, and then to the checkout page, they can go from the product page to the checkout page in one click. Hey! Thanks for the information.

Buy Now - I think this is good idea but if I'm adding it then this will automatically display "Buy with PayPal" and it skips the default checkout zone which has the discount section in it. So I think it will be a problem for my customers.

Referral Program - Can you specify what does it mean exactly? How to implement it?

Testimonials - I need more buyers to do it. Right now I have few ratings on product page. What app is the best for the review carousel on home page?
