Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.


After browsing your store I noticed I wasn't able to find an always visible buy button. One of the biggest reasons people don't buy from online stores is because it's a hassle to checkout. We want to be able to reduce all friction that could potentially cause a customer not to buy. I recommend adding to your site. It's an app that will make your buy button always visible. If they buy button isn't always visible on your site, your customer will have a hard time trying to buy from you. And even if they still are able to checkout, it can go a long way in helping them have a positive experience on your site.


An important thing I couldn't find is reviews. Adding reviews would help your customers research the products they are going to buy. Plus if someone likes a product they bought from you they can leave a review.


Also I noticed that you don't have a blog. If you had a blog more customers might be able to find your site, and even if they aren't ready to buy at the moment they are reading your blog, they are more likely to buy from you in the future.


One thing to consider is adding a sense of urgency. By using urgency, you can make your visitors feel like they are missing out unless they order immediately. The 'Fear of Missing Out' that they experience, will increase your ability to convert them into buyers. One app that can help you with that is . It really can make a big difference in getting your customers to buy from you


But seriously your store is actually really great, and I think just a few minor tweaks could really go a long way.

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. You've done some great work on your site, and I just a few points that you could consider implementing on your store: 


  • Spin wheel promos have been proven to irritate customers when they are presented prior to the customer having an opportunity to browse your store. Perhaps delay any type of pop up marketing? 
  • Your Landing Page needs more branding/text-based content. A simple Image with Text section giving a brief overview of what your business is offering, and what sets it apart from other similar businesses. 
  •  Further to that, I think a great About Us would serve your business well. We have a great article here on how to write a persuasive About Us. 
  • Your product descriptions are quite basic, and could perhaps benefit from a little more creative writing. The stock photography is very well shot, however, there is still room for some 'scenario' shots, of the products in use. 
  • Some testimonials from reviewers, bloggers or customers would be a perfect addition to your site, and having some peer reviews might help with increasing conversions.

Great feedback so far! Your homepage looks awesome - I love the clean design and eye-catching product images, perfect. One thing I noticed is that you mention free delivery on any order anywhere in the world, and your shipping policy contains info that the shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. Consider checking it and be consistent with the info, otherwise you can give an impression the store is not maintained os that you don't care about the "small details", which can negatively impact your trust and effectively conversion rate.
