Thank you for confirming! You're off to a great start, as the site is easily navigatable due to the single product offering, along with having the most of the recommend pages (Contact Us, FAQ's etc.). There are a few things that stuck out that I wanted to get your input on. 

 

  1. Could you give me a little bit more context behind the slideshow image? There appears to only be one, with no buttons or links, so it's not clear what value the image brings to the website. It does take up a pretty significant portion of your store and can cause your customers to miss more critical information, such as your testimonials. 
  2. Have you considered adding an "About Us" page? I'm not too familiar with the product line you've chosen, though, having an About Us page can benefit you in the long run. It allows you to connect with your customers by expressing who you are and why you're selling your product. We have a blog post here that dives into how to write an about us page if you're considering adding one!
  3. I can see that you have a star rating on the product, though, there doesn't appear to be any written reviews on the product page. Are you considering adding written reviews here? You have a testimonial page, though, some customers may not see this, so having reviews on your product page as well can help with conversions. 
  4. Your product page indicates that shipping is between "4 to 7 days with via USPS," though your shipping page says, "We ship orders out within ten days of your order." I might suggest removing either "with" or "via" as you don't need both. However, there is some inconsistency here with your shipping times, which can be seen as misleading, and cause a higher volume of customer emails. Your customers will be under the assumption that once the order is placed, it will take 4-7 days, as that is what your product page says. That may upset some customers, and they may not trust the company if they feel mislead by not knowing there is also a ten-day fulfillment period. 
  5. Do you have product videos? If yes, I think that would greatly benefit your product pages as photos for products such as yours can make it harder to determine if this will the right fit for your customer.

1. The first fold of the website should always have a call to action in it -

5. Add a chatbot- You should welcome new visitors, boost your customer engagement, deliver personalized recommendations and much more. Give customers instant answers 24/7 with the help of the live ChatBot.

A unique header template should be created to highlight discounts and shipping offers if any. Apart from that, Other essential points for store optimization are as follows:

  1. The search landing page is disabled.  
  2. More social links need to be added apart from Facebook and Instagram for better connectivity.
