Hope the following suggestion will help you

  • Mobile Speed Need to Improve, Currently 39-45

  • Add favicon.
  • Reduce space at header and improve your logo

  • Add all policy documents , social profiles, newsletter signup and remove "Powered by shopify"at footer
  • Add Custom Slider(Hero banners) with Call to Action
  • Overall Font, Color, Spacing, Alignment need to adjust
  • Add Trust Badge and Highlight your USP
  • Add Featured Collection
  • Collection page layout needs to improve

  • Product page layout needs to improve

  • Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.

Hello @Thatseverything, I hope you are doing well! Sachin here, from the Aitrillion Team at Shopify. Thanks for posting! I've taken a look at your store and here are few suggestions that you can implement in your store:

- Make your store professional and attractive to grab visitors' attention and engage them in your store to increase the conversion and retention rate.

- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image (with a call to action button)- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram shop & feed.

- Add a footer menu. It includes quick links. 

You can start giving loyalty points to your customers on different activities like signing up, visiting a store, making a purchase, allowing for push notifications, share/ follow on social media. This will help you to entice your customers and retain them. You can reward your customers in order to redeem those points. When you will give points to them they will come again in the future to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. This encourages repeat purchases which increase sales and help in retaining your customers.

Add web push notifications, it will help you to retarget your customers even when customers are not in your store without getting their email address. It also helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.

- Add reviews in your store. It helps in building trust with customers.

 

Make your store engaging by maximizing the customer engagement in your store that will help you to engage the traffic coming to your store and retarget them with the help of customer engagement and marketing tools.

Hey @Thatseverything , I checked your website. I have mentioned few things which can help you improve your conversion:-

  • Use alerts / push-notifications to increase sales. Studies have found that these alerts can boost your app open-rates by 25% and app retention by 92%. A simple alert for updates and sales can benefit sales a lot. Make sure though, that they're not spammed when 3-4 alerts in website.
  • Add a favicon to your website. It will help you strengthen your brand and to add a polished look to your website.
  • Free shipping is the biggest enticement for shopping online. And I see that free shipping isn't an option right now. So either you can provide free shipping as Standard (normal delivery), and shipping charges applied for Expedited (faster delivery)| or you could provide free shipping for orders above a certain value. Either of these, it will help you get more sales/increase conversions.
  • I suggest you try adding some kind of Product Stickers to showcase stuff like trending, running out fast, back in stock, hot seller etc. Apps in Shopify app store can help with this by making the process very easy & simple. Also having trust badges on your artworks will help you to grab customer attention & nudge faster purchase decisions. Product Stickers like in the image below:-
