Hey congratulations on opening such a great store, honestly I like it a lot, but I think there might be a couple things you could consider changing.

 

Another thing you might want to add is reviews. If you add reviews it will help keep your customers on your site. If your customer needs to leave your site to do research on a product they might not come back, adding reviews can help with that.

After carefully reviewing I don't see a blog. A blog could be used to drive more traffic to your store, and you could also use it to recommend potential products that your customer could buy.

After looking I couldn't find a FAQ section. Adding an FAQ section to your store can help your customer more easily be able to find a solution to their problems without asking you. This will help long into the future so you don't need to spend so much time on customer support

 

Also I noticed that you don't have a sense of urgency. By using urgency, you can make your visitors feel like they are missing out unless they order immediately. The 'Fear of Missing Out' that they experience, will increase your ability to convert them into buyers. One app that can help you with that is https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown . It really can make a big difference in getting your customers to buy from you

But seriously your store is actually really great, and I think just a few minor tweaks could really go a long way.

I have reviewed your store and first impression of store is good but I can confront you to some of the things in a very simple way, it will help you in improving UI and overall functionalities to become more user friendly and eventually leads to sales.

 

  1. Logo is barely visible, and also missing on favicon.
  2. Straightaway landing on the testimonials, you think a great idea?.
    Please shift it to down below.
  3. To engage customers add a section Bestselling products on your homepage.
    Try adding some insta images or Decent testimonials to increase page length.
  4. Offer some discount to encourage customers to buy from your store.
    And add some better description of the product, so that visitors have a look at products.
  5. Also, You have over 300 products. Don't you think, it's hard for someone to find the right product with the theme you have?
    I would strongly recommend to replace the default search with advanced search like
