I have not had a sale and I may have to close my store.  Please evaluate my store

Your help is very much appreciated.  I am trying to add my site on Facebook but I am unable to open my account.  They request identification in which I sent to Facebook but  I have not heard from them as of yet and it has been a month.

I just had look into your website. It's looking good.
-> I see one of your item in view page, item contains only specifications you can add the description of items, An elegantly composed item description clarifies the advantages of the item and persuades the customer that they need the item as well as need it. Your item description is the one you need to catch their eye to in light of the fact that it can without much of a stretch pull in them and influence them to put in a request.
-> I would suggest including item reviews too, as reviews for customers to share their positive experience thus different customers can see the reviews and be influenced to purchase.
-> Your company’s About Us page is another opportunity to tell a story that will help you stick in your customer’s minds.
-> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. -> Why not add a blog to your store? Blog can be utilized for anything that includes conveying or distributing data on the World Wide Web. So i advise you to place your blog in your store, And your store looking Awesome.
-> Have you promoted your products through social media pages like Instagram and Facebook? I am unable to find your website social media pages links.

Hey nice job on your store. Honestly it's quite good, I like it a lot. There are a few tiny things I would change. After carefully reviewing I don't see a sense of urgency. Imagine you are a customer browsing an online store. Maybe you are ready to buy maybe you aren't. But there is a good chance you aren't in the buying mood at the moment. If you add a sense of urgency to your store it can help more of your customers to buy, and have them buy faster. One way you can do so is by adding https://apps.shopify.com/better-countdown . I wasn't able to find reviews. It would be good to add reviews for your products. Think about it when was the last time you bought a product without reading the reviews first? I think you should definitely add some reviews. You might consider adding an always visible buy button. Every extra step that a customer has to go through, makes it more likely for them not to buy from you. If you are getting a lot of customers coming to your store, but not buying, one of the reasons might be that it is just a bit too hard. If you can make your buy button always visible (especially important when people are on their phones), it can help more of your customers want to buy from you, I wrote an app that can help with that https://apps.shopify.com/better-sticky-checkout-button-increase-your-sales . You might consider adding a blog. Adding a blog to your site would help to increase SEO on your site. One thing to consider is adding a FAQ section. Adding an FAQ section to your store can help your customer more easily be able to find a solution to their problems without asking you. This will help long into the future so you don't need to spend so much time on customer support Overall your store looks really good, I think with just a little bit of time and effort you'll be able to create a really awesome store!
