Hi all,


I'm looking for feedback on my own newly-launched label of unconventionally designed, architecture-inspired phone cases ( We just launched the website 4 days ago, and havent received much views nor made a single sale *sigh*. We are not sure what can bring brand awareness yet, as spending on paid advertising on facebook and instagram has not been very fruitful yet.

Very impressive looking store - I love your sleek designs and the theme which fits your niche perfectly. One suggestion - consider adding more trust signals: About us page, Shiping and Returns page. You only mention the return info in the footer, but that's not enough. Make sure to clearly state how long is your return policy and whether you have any exceptions or offer 'no-quibble' refunds. People will be then assured they can shop with confidence with you, and know what to expect. The shipping policy will also give them an idea of how long is the delivery and how much they are likely to pay, and whether you deliver to their country. 

Policies like this, with plenty of detailed info, is something online shoppers are often expecting to find before placing an order. Not having them in place and easy to find can definitely affect your conversion rate. Hope it helps!
