I launched the website in October last year. I have been using instagram and FB to promote my products however I am only getting 1 order a week. Can you please give any feedback or improvements I can make to the site and also customer experience.

1. Add a newsletter pop-up. Make your site interactive.
2. Add a referral program. Referral marketing is a cost-effective way to gain new and loyal customers. Because people are social creatures, individuals that are referred to your company are much more likely to remain loyal customers.
3. You can add a countdown timer to create urgency and it will increase the curiosity amongst customers. It helps in increasing sales.
4. Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not on your store and bring back losing the customer to your store. You can also send an abandoned cart push notification, it helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.
