Just wondering whether I could have some feedback on my store and any changes you think I might need to be able to make? Conversions are quite on the low end at the moment. Have been using google shopping ads and spent around £600 getting 6 sales equalling around £250 profit. So around £350 down since launching at the end of December. My store is a high ticket item store selling wine coolers and accessories.

Hi, i think the store is great, very informative as well, all products have a lot of information so I would feel comfortable buying a product online.
I think what you have is most likely an issue with the marketing/customer contact itself. As you said, your products are high ticket, so your customers are probably thinking twice if buying or not and some will like to have a direct contact. You have tidio already integrated, but will probably still need to be even more proactive, maybe having a call you back service. Also email marketing based on user interaction would be great for your store.
To get traffic for products that are expensive, is expensive as well, so you will need to make sure, that the money you spent is well spent and translate it in money, although it might convert in weeks or even months. Luckily this can be automated and we could help you with that too! ;)

We work with a few high end brands, on both sides of the pond, and have found that Google Shopping is not the best for higher ticket items. I would recommend you stick with search campaigns, dynamics search ads and remarketing for your Google ads account.
Those should give you the best bang for your pound and make you profitable. The traffic does not have to be expensive if you know what keywords to use and how to setup your account. We see clients get £7+ back for each £1 they invest into Google Ads across Europe and the UK. If you do anything with shopping, maybe setup a shopping remarketing campaign as well. I use to live in London and now that I'm back home in Canada, miss it all the time. Here is what I think would help improve your store.
