Hello all. I have had just created a clothing store. I have been advertising on Instagram and Facebook sending my store in groups and what not. I am getting sessions from it but no one is buying. The store is let me know what you think. Thanks.

Congratulations on your store! It is already nice, clean, and simple.

  • adjust the resolution of the main background.
  • add more product to your best sellers.
  • consistency on the size pictures of the product.
  • Put your logo where we can see it on the tab.
  • add "About us" section on store. (this would really help)

I am afraid you have started ads a little too early. There are a couple of things that need some more work done before you start spending money on ads. 

You might also know but it takes a lot of effort to make your first sale. There are a lot of people merchants who have been investing their resources for years and yet to make the revenue. 

So let's get going with a detailed feedback on your site: 


  1. Change the hero-banner to something that resonates with your brand more and a better-quality.  Instead of having the brand name only, I recommend adding an image.
  2. Ad d a favicon to be more recognizable 
  3. Write a fuller About us story to gain customer's trust 
  4. Create three separate pages with policy and ToS and link them in the footer menu. 
  5. Add buy now button 
  6. Write a better size guide
  7. Make the layout of upselling galleries the same design 

Besides, work more on the functionality such as 

Visual Reviews 

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is a social proof. In my opinion that is an essential of every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site.



Imagine if you saw something that you quite like on the store, however want to browse more, get more options and then choose the best one. That often happens to me, because I am indecisive. That is when Wishlist comes in handy. Since you have a lot of products on your site, I recommend adding that feature to improve the user experience on your site. Besides, if the items on the wishlist have not been purchased, automated emails will be sent out as a reminder.


Social Login 

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer


Last but not least important is the pricing policy. 

Take a second look at the pricing policy of yours. Clearly, you are one who really knows the true price for a product, so make sure your customers also understand why they are paying 25 bucks for a T-shirt. You can tell more about your brand, resources that you use, that the part of the money is donated, that you are based on sustainable development etc. A customer needs to know why he/she needs to buy from you but not from a place with more affordable price tags.

I've taken a look at your store.  Clean site with a flawless look. The site loads quite quickly which is great :) I've some suggestions for improvement.


1. Add the Home page link at the starting of the main menu.

2. Add 'New Arrivals' section to help customers keep updated on new products.

3. Add favicon to your store which is a small square image/logo that appears next to a web address. Favicon helps to strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website.

4. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product.

5. Add store address or email id in Contact Us page for better customer interaction.

6. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional.

7. A FAQ would be useful!

8. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.

9. Add Buy Now button which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.

10. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)


Before you think of ranking you should ensure your pages are found (indexed by Google). "Receiving site traffic, but, no sales is a very common scenario". The major reason being"improper site layout". Keep the below-listed points in mind to improve the same:

  • "Free Shipping Bar" should be shifted from below the header menu to above the logo and sidelinks respectively.

Feedback #1: Have a unique and eye-catching logoIf you create an attention grabbing and professional design, then it can help you impress your market, increase your sales exponentially and make your company stand-out from the crowd. Also this should be added to favicon, as this will help increase usability of your site.


Feedback #2: Revamp your 'About Us' page. What an About Us page should be is a goal-oriented sales page, one that focuses on highlighting the biggest selling points of your story and brand , making a strong impression on curious customers.

Feedback #3: Add Wishlist to your website. They are a great way to alert customers about a sale, drive traffic to your site. Also you can do more target oriented email campaigns
