Feedback on my store

I am doing a soft launch with family and friends on my store to get feedback and any sales before the official launch plan for Nov-9th-2020.

I am still working on the product page and will have more product (coffee beans and teas) available by the end of October. 

Can you give me feedback on the flow, the look and feel. I have a few feedback from friends that they like the website but no sale yet.

After checking your page, here are some of my feedback:


Your Homepage looks good with enough information about your brand. You can consider adding more information about the product; you can also add some Features products section; it can help shorten the customer journey to the products. 

You can consider adding the following: 

  • More banners and CTAs to the product:

The only CTA on the banner of your Homepage is linked to the Our Mission page. You can take advantage of the banner by adding more to show information about the products or promotions. Do not waste your CTAs on the Homepage.


  • Sticky header:

A sticky header can help customers navigate your site easier without scrolling up to the top to find the menu. The Menu of your site is not ready yet since many items on the Menu are linked to a blank page like the image below:


  • Video or interactive content: 

Your site may have enough information about your brand, but you can still consider making a video for better message delivery. A video should be the best way for the customer to learn about your product and brand. 

  • Testimonials: 

A review and testimonial sections can improve the trustworthiness of your store. It can also help customers have different views and understand the product better.

  • A pop-up window:

A small pop-up with a reasonable offer can help you find leads and collect email for your email list. You can later use this list to prepare a new email marketing plan or connect to your customers.

Product Page:

Product Images: you may need to show more high-quality images of the products on the Product page. I have check some of your Product pages, they only have one picture with low resolution. I recommend you add 3 - 5 images per product, and it would be better if you can take your picture with better quality.


Your product page does not show enough information about the products; you need to add more details to this page and sections like Shipping & Handling, Warranty & Returns, or Review. Customers may want to check that information before deciding. Showing them on the product can keep them stay here and continue the customer journey.

Have seen your store and have some suggestions for your store:

- Add more banners for your store. You need to have a banner that guides your customers to your product pages or collection page. 


- Add the title for this section.  


- The design of this part is good, hope you can add more products as soon as possible. 


- Add more product photos for your product pages. 

- If you're finding a way to show your product photos, you can have an Instagram gallery to do so. 

Check this app Shoppable Instagram Gallery if you want to create one. 

- If you also want to have live chat support to improve your customer service, Whatsapp is a good channel to do so. 

App WhatsApp Chat and Notification will help you do that. 

- I think you can move the email registration section to the bottom of the homepage. 


To be honest, your site looks good and very consistent, and not many sites can do that.

Most of your products are not available - add them.

The items on your store are something that will most likely be purchased by one person several times. For better customer retention I recommend using Rewards program by Growave, that will give out various discounts depending on how much a person has spent on your store or how many actions he/she has completed (left a review, shared the site, created an account, etc.)

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.

Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back. [I recommend using one by Growave., because it is safe and it is integrated with 6 other marketing features (Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards, Social Login, Instagram, Discounts, Referral, VIP tiers) for better performance.

Hello @bekindercoffee, Here is the feedback about the improvements that you can work on:-

- Change the banner image. You should add high quality of images and can add slider images in the first fold of the homepage. The customer must feel delighted and tempted. 

Set up Newsletter Subscription with automatic emails with thankyou and discount coupon.

Set up Product recommendations on product pages as well as cart page.

- Set up an affiliate marketing program to increase your influencers and it will help to increase sellers.

- Setup announcement bars or timers to promote your offers on the store.

These are some helpful ways that will help you to maximize your eCommerce conversions and increase the brand presence by building a loyal customer base. 

To implement these tools on your store. I would recommend you to install It is 'All in One' Shopify app that has all the essential features in a single app and is a fully integrated app.  Plus you don't need to install multiple apps. You can check it out. I am sure you will find it useful.

I would never buy anything from you store being involved with these scammers you won't get any customers i have lost many because of shopify

They send you false info on people  trying to buy from them or who uses them and my bank hates them you will get a warning that is false and misleading you will lose customers for no reason.
