Hope you are doing good. I went through your store and here are few tips which you can work on it.
Firstly, Make a Sticky Header so that customer can navigate easily on the header section and search field.
Add 'Shop Now' CTA button on the Hero banner to direct the customers towards your products.
There are no Reviews on your products. Add customer reviews app from the shopify app store to increase your sales.
Add ATC button (add to cart) on the products on Homepage.
Install a Chatbot which helps you in analyzing customer choices and also it becomes easy for customers to approach you if they have any queries.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customers to read your terms and policies.

- The first fold of the website should always have a call to action in it - And here’s why; in most cases placing the CTA above the fold works wonders for your campaigns. This placement immediately draws your visitors’ attention to your CTA which is always good for conversions.
- Setup Product recommendations on product pages as well as cart page.
- Make sure to use email marketing automation to reach your customers in real-time.
- Add a reward program for giving points and let customers redeem on their next purchase.
- Add reviews to build trust and credibility with your customers.
- You should remove the slider images and banner image after the product section on the home page. You can add blog section there.

Have seen your store and I have some comments for you.
At first, I think you should a more suitable layout for your homepage. Here is the layout that you can take a look at:
- Banners with CTA buttons. Here is where you can send inspirational messages to your customers and guide them to product pages.
- Featured collections.
- Featured products. You already have this section.
- Your story. Where you can inspire your customers.
- Reviews section
- Instagram Gallery. Have seen your Instagram account, and it has a lot of good content. So you can think about adding an Instagram gallery for your store to show the content.
Check this app if you want to have one: Shoppable Instagram Gallery
About your product pages, you should add:
- The Quantity section
- More product photos
- More Upsell and Cross-sell methods. For example, product bundles
- Sticky Add to Cart bar
There are some questions that you need to ask to have solutions:
- How long do your customers stay?
- What products do they visit the most?
Answer more questions that are related to your store performance. You need to find the reasons.
I suppose one of the reasons is that you're lacking social proof. There are some ways to do that:
- Have more reviews and photo reviews
- More social channels with more followers and likes
- Live chat support
- More information about products and guarantee policy
