Hi everyone.

I've just started my own website

www.tigs.ltd

I'm looking for some feedback and help.

I have had zero sales and have been running a week. I have paid for a small amount of advertising but have reduced this so I can work on my website a little more.

I have alot of interest in my products, many of the customers add to cart but do not go through with buying.

I am a dropshipping focused business.

When I create my content on Facebook I can receive hundreds of likes and reactions but no serious buyers. I tailer make my adverts to Target my perfect customer and not just views/likes.

I would love to have some feedback and help to get me moving in the correct direction.

Hey Tigs,

"Main" button in the main menu should be renamed as "Home" which is more logical. A unique header template should be created for highlighting discounts and shipping offers if any. Other important observations regarding your site are as follows:

  1. "About us" section needs to be added to the main menu as well as footer instead of placing it in the middle of the homepage to facilitate site familiarity.
  2. "Contact us" also needs to be added to both the footer and the main menu for enhancing customer interaction and relationship.
  3. "Contact us" should include a contact form as well.
  4. Favicon is missing, which is quite crucial for site identification.
  5. The logo needs modification. Use different font styles and color combinations for a more defined and professional look.
  6. Social links like Facebook, Instagram etc need to be added for strong customer association.
  7. You should add terms and condition and FAQ’s if any, again these also help in building search engine content. 
  8. Seperate "Sale" section should be created for all discounted items.
  9. Reviews need to be added below each product for better customer choice.
  10. Instagram images and testimonials need to be added for better brand promotion.

  12. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

Hey @Tigs , here are some suggestions:-

1. Add a call to action button like 'shop now' or 'click here'. Call to action button increases the chances of getting sales.

2. You should add a newsletter subscription pop-up. 

3. To reduce the abandoned cart rate you send abandoned cart push notification and abandoned cart email and when the customers come on your store you can reward them with loyalty points. This will help you to reduce the abandoned cart rate and will recover it. 

4. Start using a loyalty program. The loyalty program will help you to entice your customers and will turn the visitors into paying customers.  The loyalty program helps in increasing sales and conversions and will also retain your customers.

5. Make your store engaging and interactive which will enhance the browsing experience of your customers.
