what do you think needs to be fixed on my baby shoe store


I have a few minor issues with the design so I'll implement the best ideas all together in one go.





I checked your site.
Your site looking good want to give some suggestions:
1. There is no navigation on your site try to add navigation at the top so that it will be easy for the customers to search products category wise.
2. The score of your site pagespeed is poor on mobile and desktop try to optimize your site as you can see in screenshots.

3. Your slider is not automatically rotate make slider autorotate.

 Follow the professional layout on the home page. Buyers consider visual appearance to be the most important factor when making a purchase. 
Your store niche is good, you can make huge money out of it if you work on the home page.
Your home page is too small, you can add some sections below collection list like -
-best selling products
-Something Interesting ( maybe little about your story with a link to about page)
-Newsletter Sign Up,
-Popular Products ( 4-8 Max ) I would only use 4,
-portray reviews (if any).

You can add a slider of images and add featured products to it. Also, you can add video for top-selling products to make it more creative and interactive.

I noticed that the first fold does not have a "Call to Action" in it. The first fold of the website should always have a call to action in it - and here’s why; in most cases placing the CTA above the fold works wonders for your campaigns. This placement immediately draws your visitors’ attention to your CTA which is always good for conversions.

You should increase the engagement on your store. Start using a loyalty program and referral program to entice your customers. It will help you build a loyal customer base. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, allowing for web push notifications, make a purchase, visiting a store and many more.
This will help in doubling the sales as when you give loyalty points to your customers they will come again on your store to make a purchase in order to redeem those points. You can give rewards to your customers to redeem those points.
The referral program is very helpful when it comes to good word of mouth and brand awareness. It is one of the successful marketing strategies.
