Hey Brew-Heaven,

Instead of just writing "Free Shipping" on the  black header template, include something catchy like "Last Chance! Free shipping on all orders ends today" OR "Ends today! Free shipping on all products" OR "Hurry! Free shipping ends tomorrow".All these quotations would surely help attract visitor attention and increase the urgency to buy.Apart from this,you need to improve the following aspects of your store for attaining perfection:

  1. The "first letter" of every word in the "header menu" should be capital like ("knives" and "watches") should be improved and the font color of the words needs to be bold as well.
  2. "Facebook is the largest online platform in the world where you can connect with your market and audience. It is worth your time and money to invest in it".Apart from it, add Instagram, Twitter and Linked In to the site footer as well as they are a great source of advertising as well.
  3. The "search landing page" is disabled in your case ie it does not redirect to "/search" when the "enter key" is pressed while placing the cursor on the search bar.
  4. There is a lot of "unwanted empty white space" above the "Logo, Search bar, and Sidelinks". Shifting all of them "slightly upwards" will serve the purpose.
  5. "Home button" is compulsary at the heder menu beginning for better navigation to the homepage.
  6. "Terms and conditions" are an essential part of the site footer to retain the "customer faith and trust".
  7. You can also install one of the most popular app Growwave which is all in one marketing platform that helps store owners increase conversions with ease.
  8. Filters are very important for customers in order to identify the correct product from the huge catalog. So, you should look for advanced filter options for your store.
  9. Finally, I would also recommend replacing the default search with an advanced search like Sparq which allows synonyms, advanced custom tag filters, spelling correction, and other such features. Visitors with search are high intent users and their conversion rate is higher than normal users.

Hey @Brew-heaven, here are some suggestions:-

1. Home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. 

-Slideshow Image 

-Collection List  

-Popular Products ( 4-8 Max ) I would only use 4


-Newsletter sign up box

2. There is a lot of blank space in the header. Add footer menu which includes policies, about us page, contact information.

3.  You need to engage your visitors coming on your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add web push notification which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers. You will be able to retain your customers for the long term.

4. You can add a countdown timer to create urgency for your promotions or offers with the countdown timer bar and motivate your customers to buy more from the store. It helps in increasing sales.
