Getting traffic but no sales

I am getting a fair amount of traffic per day but not getting any sales, No add to carts just "window shoppers". just asking is it my products, prices. or is it because I'm selling in AUD I do have a currency converter on the site. Unable to run Facebook ads because my URL has been blocked and they won't reply to me about getting it unblocked something about community standards. My main ad stream is Pinterest and some Fiverr gigs for targeted traffic. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated. Any criticism will be taken as productive so please be honest I want to learn and grow my store.

You've done a wonderful job with the site. The testimonial section is a great idea and the images are all on point.

If I had to give you any advice I'd have to start by asking what your content strategy is? The process of gaining trust from your customers starts before they reach your website. It starts with their first interaction with your brand and continues right up until checkout.

So you would help start up a dialogue with your target customers by creating valuable content like blogs (here's how). Here's why every eCommerce business needs a blog.  The other content that really works is video. Here's how to add a video to your store, and this is how to use video to increase your sales.

 

We’ve also put together a whole section here on our blog that deals with optimizing your conversion rate. There’s one blog in particular here that deals with ways to increase your conversions that I would recommend.

For getting more conversions and sales you can target your customers by sending automated emails that help to improve the relevancy and timeliness of your campaigns. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase. Hi,  

I have gone through your site. Though it looks good, there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales.

 

Logo & Favicon :

Logo & Favicon -- Your logo should highlight your brand name. Add a favourite icon so users can locate your webpage easily.

 

HEADER & FOOTER :

  1. Header -- Have a sticky header and a clear smart search bar to help users locate the products they're looking for.Also a slide out cart, a cart icon with item calculator must have features. Login icon must be there for buyer account creation before purchasing.
  2. Footer -- Optimize your footer with more professional and functional look and also highlight your newsletter sign up so people who follow your brand will receive more updates about promotions and sales. There are legal policy pages which are missing in the footer that must be included for authenticity and security purpose

 

HOMEPAGE :

A lot can be done to your homepage to make it more informative & attractive.

  1. Banners & Branding -- Add hero banner with prompt CTA buttons that syncs well with your store theme & branding. This banner should include info like free shipping, offers/deals like 50% off, etc
  2. Color, Font & Branding -- Over All Text, Font , Paragraph , Alignment , Spacing , Padding etc should be more elegant so that your store looks well-organized, neat and visually appealing. Maintain the same or similar colors and fonts throughout your store to keep your  branding intact 
  3. Featured Collection -- Add all the top featured collection on the homepage so users know the type of products you're selling on your store.
  4. Featured / Bestseller products -- Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store                                     
  5. Testimonials -- They add to the trust factor as when customers see what other buyers have to say about your products, it makes them more sure about your brand.
  6. Highlight your USP -- What's unique about your brand that none of the other Shopify merchants have? This needs to be highlighted in your store presentation, features & more.
  7. Trust Badge on Home Page -- This is important as this helps to build trust and assures your customers that your brand is authentic

 

COLLECTION PAGE :

Your customer views this page to have an in-depth view of the products and services you offer.

  1. Banner adding on Collection page -- Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners
  2. Product filter for easy navigation -- Categorize & filter products by their size, color or type so users find product to product navigation easy.
  3. Product Label -- Product labels like % off, ‘New Arrival’, ‘Sold Out’ must be there must be there for the ease of the buyer

hello, I have looked into the majority of suggestions tried a couple, in my town I have a big every two-year event now wondering has anyone used QR codes on their flyers and poster for local adverts, the event is Apple and Grape Festival,  still no sales I have looked at shipping and time processing, I guessing the coronavirus would be creating doubt as well in minds of customers, all good still got some ideas and tips from this page to try and test. not giving up...

hi, yes I installed the app free version, no potential customers signed up as of this point, so they seem to reach my store look at it and say nope go elsewhere, LOL but that's fine, they have seen it and the URL is in their history,  so I will keep tweaking keep on adjusting till I get it correct.
