I am having some issues with the gift wrap options on my products. Some of the gift wraps are being charged whilst others are not?
I am using BOLD PRODUCT OPTIONS and have been having issues with this for some time, I have tried to fix this but have had no luck.
It normally adds - £3.99 would you like this gift wrapped (if chosen yes) and then added to the total but sometimes it isnt charging the customers??
Any feedback would be great as I really need to fix this as I am losing money from this not working!
