Great Design, Terrible Conversion

I was working on my shopify store design tirelessly over the last 1/2 year. I think it looks pretty dope on the mobile version ( as Instagram is my source of visitors ). Sadly I am ashamed of my conversion rate. Any feedback would be valued, I don't know what to do anymore.  Please view only on your phone. Any help is greatly appreciated


WOW! Great job on your branding and vibe right now. You have an eye for style, which is half the battle. Looking at your store and taking my fashion experience having worked on ASOA, Jack Wills and a few high end fashion brands.


There are some clear pieces missing from your site to make it easier to use. Many people still buy on desktop, even if they look mobile. You need to make sure your site works for both. Here are some ways to make your store even better and make people want to purchase.


Homepage Feedback

    1. Your main menu is missing a link to your collection page. Make sure you add this. I was a little lost about where I go to see your product at first. I would add a main menu link for Hoodies, jackets (bombers) and then one for t-shirts. This means people know right away what type of cloths you sell

    2. Carousels have been proven to kills conversions rates .... No one is going to wait around to see what is on each sliders. I would remove the one that cycles through shipping, taxes and encryption. 

    3. The text below the fold around the "SENSHI ROUNDNECK" is super hard to read. I would make it bigger. Also all the images below for each collection section were not loading for me. Not sure if this is just an issue on Mac

    4. Add links to your footer for about us and FAQ. I didn't see these pages on your site and they are ones customers will look for on a new brand

    5. Consider adding a Featured Product section on the homepage (i.e. XY Of The Month). Pick one products and tell people why you picked it and what makes it great

    6. Maybe look at adding more context and relevant information on your collection pages to get them to rank better. Right now they have thin content

Product Page  Feedback

    1. Remove the images below the Buy button. Looks tacky for your store. If you really want to keep it, put it in the footer

    2. Add a section at the bottom of product pages to show your most viewed/bought items from the site. This can help increase your average order value

    3. ASOS and other leading fashion brands are doing little fashion videos for their product pages. Something you could film on an iPhone or latest Android and add to your site.

    4. Add a longer product description as this is how you convince someone to buy on your site. Plus it helps with SEO and ranking in organic search

    5. Look at removing "Delivery Details" and just link to your shipping and return pages instead. Having this on every product page makes duplicate content, which is thin and not good for SEO

    6. Move the link to your sizing chart page higher on your product page if you can. It gets lost right now where it sits

    7. Add a section for customer reviews when you get them. This helps build social proof. Ask past customers for reviews

    8. Your product images are awesome and that's half the battle to having a great ecom shop. I would make the tweaks above and a/b test your way to a higher conversion rate

I have reviewed your website briefly and here are some of my feedbacks that you can implement on the site easily.


  1. Add contact form on your contact us page.
  2. Add about us page and tell why you have started this store.
  3. You can add social media links, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram on the site header or footer.
  4. Make sure your social media pages opened at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  5. If possible open size chart in the pop up or on new window so that the customer can view both product and size at the same time.
  6. The default search landing page is bit off, I mean it's empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solution such as Sparq.
